Lime Green Mickey Heads are here!!!! I finally got around to getting the new ones finished up for this years Team August! Those who had them last year will notice a few changes...the lime green is definitely brighter and it prints out just about right on my printer. (Went thru many shades of testing lol) Also redesigned the font a bit so more of the image shows thru. The printed size as is comes out to about 9.5" wide by 7.5 inches tall. Since they are a .png file they resize pretty well so you should be able to print in any size.

They are fully customizeable! Just let me know what design you would like and I can usually have it ready for you in a day or so. I'll use your forum user name by default, but if you want something different just let me know! Also if you want, I can change the background to just about any character but realize that some may not work well with the shape of the text.

I think we'll be there Our APs expire Aug 15 2013, and we can borrow our 2014 points to stay with DVC. We have no set plans yet, but we will likely be there from Aug 7-15 at a DVC. Yeah!

Hello My fellow Team August members!!! We also took advantage of the BB offer and will be staying at POR (requested AB, Buillding 14, paying preferred) from August 18 through 29th. I had originally booked CBR, but it really didn't knock our socks off this year. My family seems to enjoy the boat to DTD and the food court at POR the best, so I've secretly switched it. They have no clue. Last time we stayed there was in 2010 and stayed in the Magnolia Terrace building. We all found that to be WAY TOO FAR to fill our mugs! Hopefully I will get my requests and it will be a short hop to fill the mugs! Yes, it's all about the refillable mugs, people!

After this year's no-so-stellar trip, I have plans to do things a bit different this time around. I'm trying like heck to finish up my Trip Report so I can start my PTR for 2013! I have stuff to share but I won't let myself do it until the 2012 report is done. Silly, aren't I???

You shouldn't have a problem getting building 14 since you are checking in at the start of FD, but even if you get one of the other preferred buildings the walk to the main building is maybe a minute or two longer at most.

BTW, I am reading your trip report and loving it. Sorry I am lurking. I will try to post.

We booked the BB also! We booked from 08/19-09/02 (14 days!) BUT we will only be going for 10 we just haven't figured out exactly which days yet . We will be staying at PORQ again because we absolutely LOVED it there with garden view! we are going to request building 5 floor 2 again

We are in for August!!! I did not book the bounceback when we were there last month, but am looking into DVC or will be stalking some FD offers.

We will be at POR Aug 18th-25th. I may add some days or switch to the following week, but that's where we are at right now.

Also, planning on a December '13 weekend to take in all the Christmas sites. Will hopefully be booked for that within the next month or so!

We booked the bounce back for aug 18-25 at POR (though I m looking at deluxe resorts since I have an entire year to save this time). If we stay at POR, I'll definitely request a room closer than building 25! It was way too far to get hot chocolate

I won't be joining you folks next year I'm sad and it's going to feel really weird not to have a WDW trip to plan. But Dh and I agreed we need to take some time off from WDW. Although....we started throwing around a DLR trip and he got rather excited LOL!!! But that is unlikely to happen unless some things change around.

For now we have some major trips planned for the year ahead so no WDW in the horizon for us

I'm so happy to see a big Team August thread already started up. Have a blast planning....that was a big part of the fun of the trip for me...planning with all you lovely people!!

We're "bouncing" back to Pop...August 19-29th!!!!! Upgraded to DDP from QS, counting down to Feb 20th for ADRs. 2012 was the first year that we actually arrived in MCO the day before our WDW package began. Booked off-site for $40, $14 for car rental, and was able to spend the ENTIRE first day at MK, from rope drop to closing. This will absolutely be our yearly plan from now on. Picked up Park tix and Photopass+ at DTD the night of arrival, so no wasted time our first morning.

The Deluxe resorts are calling my name too. We love POR but I may try something different next year.

WL is one of the resorts we are considering for next year. I don't know much about it though, except that it is BEAUTIFUL!

Looks like a bunch of us booked bounceback! We are currently booked the last two weeks of August, but are still playing around with the resort.
