Has anyone eaten at Yellow Dog Eats? It is in Gothe which looks closer on the map than Celebration! I stumbled on it when I was looking at trip advisor and it had good reviews.

My daughter has with a woman's group she belongs to in the area. They ordered off the menu. She really enjoyed it and wants to take us there sometime; we just haven't gotten there yet. The other women in the group loved their meals as well (they live locally) and they are planning another trip there in a month or so.

It's a fun place! The guy who runs the place is a trip...lots of interaction with customers! It's my favorite lunch spot! Great sandwiches...I've never had one I didn't like. Club Elvis is my favorite! They have their menu on their website and have specials they list on facebook. There will be a line, but the staff keeps it moving and the atmosphere is just fun! :thumbsup2

here's a pic i took from a visit in april. "club elvis" pulled pork, bacon, gouda, fried onions and slaw. and my 2 year old's "puppylove" peanut butter, homemade strawberry preserves, strawberries, bananas, mini cholcolate chips.

All I can say is OMG!!! After looking at this I wish I PM'd you the questions because the lines will be even bigger!! LOL I am THERE!

Yes. It's not really near any of the tourist areas, so if you're not local, be prepared to drive. It's relatively cheap and there's a wide selection of sandwiches. If you're vegan, there is even a whole separate menu.

Honestly, I wasn't so thrilled with them.

Our food was not very tasty and the place smelled kinda funny. There was a gang of children who, obviously, stopped by after school and they were in the process of wrecking the place.

I look forward to hearing what you think of the place. We've been there twice. The second time because we couldn't believe the high praise they were receiving and though we'd caught them in a bad day.

Nope.

Omg, I am on love! That looks delish! I may have to persuade DH not to go to his fav greasy joint, the waffle house, or we can go in two separate direction...lol

I wrote a thread about this when I got back and let me tell you this place is FANTASTIC. Wait till you see the desserts! Try 4 Rivers also if you want bbq

MY only regret with this restaurant was that on the last day we were there we planned to go but it was raining and DH was afraid because he did not think we would be able to get a seat inside as the rain prevented "eaters" from going outside so we did not get to go back.

They have a page on Facebook, check it out. I'm planning on visiting in a few weeks.

The food looks awesome.
