Approx how long is Mickey's Jammin Jungle parade, from the time the first float comes onstage until the last float goes backstage? TIA

The parade is apx 15 mins long starting and ending near Tusker House. :thumbsup2

Technically, it takes about 15 min. to pass any given spot along the parade route. It takes quite a bit longer from the time the first float enters the parade route until the last one leaves the parade route. I want to say closer to 45 min?

It no longer starts and ends near Tusker House.

It starts and ends at a spot near PIZZAFARI, now.

The parade (running past any given point along the route) lasts about 12-14 minutes.

It is a "free-running" parade, so the speed at which the CM's walk can change slightly with every performance.

I am going to add a question. My family is planning to see the parade and the ride Kali River Rapids just before exiting. Does the parade run by Kali? Or where would be the best place to stand in proximity to Kali so we can head over as soon as it passes by?

1- Does the parade run by Kali?

2- Or where would be the best place to stand in proximity to Kali so we can head over as soon as it passes by?

1- Nope.

2- Kali is inside the Asia section.
Stand in a spot along the route near the Asia entrance.
(Which you can see on my maps in Post #5 above.)

This is our favourite parade. We always watch it from Pizzafari so we can watch it twice, the first time when it's just starting and then on the way back!

Sorry for butting in on your post, but I have a question too hope you dont mind. We have reservations at Y&Y at 4:30, do you think we will be able to see the parade at the Y&Y before we go in to eat ?

We had an ADR at Y&Y at 4:30 this past February. We watched the parade near FoW and the timing was perfect!

Bumping this thread. We only have one AK day planned for our next trip and we really want to see this parade. I fear that if we start our day at AK early we won't stay long enough to catch the parade (which is what happened on our last trip); and I know that if we leave for a "break" it won't be practical for us to make our way back to AK just to catch the parade. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we should plan our day here? Our only must do attractions are the safari, EE, and It's Tough to Be a Bug. Catching FOTLK one more time would be nice too, and DD5 insists on going back to that scorching hot play area in Dinoland :faint: Thanks for any feedback :thumbsup2
