What's On Your License Plate?

Just some random numbers on the front plate & no rear plate (trucks licensed for 18,000lbs or more in Missouri only get one plate).

When I first got married, I took over my wife's car since I had a long commute & she had a small car. She had a "chick" car with "JENYFR" on her plate. Guys used to pull alongside to check out Jennifer all the time - as far as I could tell, they were all extremely disappointed to see me driving :rotfl2:

Never had a personalized license plate before, but about to put in for my first set. Just bought a brand new orange Chevy Sonic, going to request the license plate Tails or if that's not available some variation thereon. I was a huge fan of the game Sonic the Hedgehog growing up so when I bought an orange Sonic I immediately started calling the car Tails after the fox in the game. DH said you might as well get plates, so I am!

My car used to be DZZYLND.

Try getting ANYTHING Disney on a California plate that isn't already taken!

I'll get another personal plate as soon as I think of something.

Ur5ula is available, I might take that one. My car is purple with a black top.

Besides the reality that this thread was bumped from over 8 years ago, there are websites where owners can be identified by license plate. Just a warning that you might not want to put this info on the boards.

Ha! I didn't even notice is was a thread of the dead. I usually do.

joshsmom, that is really a neat story there!!!

On mine they say **** for Disney Freak by the time I got them, a lot of the DSNY ones were gone! Must be a good number of Disney lovers in Ohio ;)
u could say that :) Mine is eer with some numbers. Eeyore with numbers my dad had to point it out to me lol

I have a Pennsylvania plate with a river otter on it. I would show you but Photobucket doesn't seem to be working for me tonight

BTW, Holy 8 year old thread:rotfl2: Here's my plate...

When we were at the Yacht Club a few weeks back, we saw a car from IL with plates that said DIZNEE. I thought that was pretty cool as it's the one and only Disney license plate I've ever seen.

I have some personalized plates on my little conv. bug but I don't care to share. ;)

Mine: my initials, a heart, my wife's intials. (you can get symbols on license plates here)

DW: License plate frame says "My other car is a broom"....plate is BRMSTK2

Ours says BUGS A which is his (our Forrester is a boy) name. The A is the initial for our last name.

I used to have DURAN 2 on my plates. Then I got married and relocated to another state...someone in this state already had the plate (there was a photo of it on Duran Duran's website), so I just got generic letter-and-number plates.

I still have one of the DURAN 2 plates hanging on the wall, though...above DH's favourite Black Sabbath album :thumbsup2

I have my old expired Virginia plate on the front of my car. Florida requires only a plate on the back, and my Florida plate is the same.

I didn't notice until I started seeing posts by people who rarely if ever post anymore. I was like, "What the??".

Both of our license plates are identical - same series of numbers/letters. Weird, huh? They are both my husband's Ham Radio license #. There is no difference in them :confused3. But it's how they do it in Texas for whatever reason.

I used to love Duran Duran too!! Posters of John Taylor and the gang hung all over my bedroom walls as a girl. LOL Memories....

Texas allows more than one license plate to have the same letters and numbers? That's strange. If a car is stolen there how do they know who the owners are?

We own both cars. It would never be different owners: It only pertains to ham radio license plates. Probably has I do with ham radio being used in storm chasing, etc.
