Just a correction to what was said on the podcast - the price is $40 per person, not $30. Just don't want there to be any confusion That price includes the buffet dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, tax, gratuity, and we rounded it up from $38.66 to give the rest to Give Kids the World. The event begins at 8PM.

So I went to pick up my 15-yo daughter from camp today. On the way home I said to her "I really don't think you want to do this, and as I understand it's pretty much only going to be adults and no teen-agers there, but I'm going to a DIS meet in NY next Friday and I figured I'd at least give you the option of going" - hard sell, eh? Well, much to my surprise she said she wants to go! And I really sort of tried to talk her out of it but all she said was "Yeah! That sounds fun!" So I sent "She's a Pirate" a PM to let her know. I'm so proud... she's such a geek... she really takes after me...
