What is the current shows and order on the magic right now. (for 7 night cruises) I'm trying to figure the best night to miss one.

According to navigators from the 6/22 sailing:
Day 1 - Casual - Let the Magic Begin
Day 2 - Formal - Twice Charmed
Day 3 - Casual - Villains Tonight
Day 4 - Pirate - Movie
Day 5 - Casual - Walt Disney - The Dream Goes On
Day 6 - Casual - Movie
Day 7 - Semi Formal - Disney Dreams: An Enchanted Classic
Day 8 - Casual - Remember the Magic.

I'm guessing that one of the movie nights will be the new one that's just out his week......

thanks...do you think that will be the order for the Galveston cruises too?

We will be on the magic for thanksgiving week. Does anyone have a guess to when pirate night will be? I've heard that it is usually after the second port which would be wednesday. We have palo on tuesday night and hoping that is not pirate night. Since the galveston cruise is 7 days I am guessing they will skip one of the movie nights. The only show I would NOT miss is Disney Dreams!

I figure I can probably make it to the late show...since we are doingearlyu palo..might be running late...but I should make it.

Here is the order I have found on Galveston for pirate night..It's on night 4. I think that would be Tuesday...right?

You can call Disney Cruise Line and they will tell you what night Pirate, Formal and Semi Formal night is for your cruise.

I don't think they will tell you what the show order is, but you can always ask.

You can also go to the Disney Cruise web page and put in your reservation number and go to your reservation then my cruise activities and it will list what night pirate night is. We don't go until May we are on the 7 night Fantasy and it list Pirate night as night 5.

I'm not the OP, but I don't seem to have that option...when I go to My Cruise Activities, it tells me which days we are in port, but it only lists the Sail Away Deck party and Disembarkation. Wonder if I should be looking elsewhere.

Pirate night is not on My Cruise Activities either. There is an asterisk next to grand cayman but no explanation of what that means. We have palo on night 4 but really don't want to miss pirate night. I've been corresponding with shoreside concierge and they say they don't know which night it is yet.

I believe that the * denotes "Tendering required". The ship is too large to dock directly on the island so you take a smaller boat between the ship (moored out a bit) and the shore.

Oh ya. Now I remember - it does mean tendering. Thanks for reminding me.

Since the Magic hasn't done any 7 night cruises since it's been in NYC you will probably have to wait until the first Galveston sailing to get this info.

I am going to venture a guess for the Galveston sailings and say that since we have been told that Day 2 is Formal, Day 4 is Pirate, and Day 6 is Semi-Formal, the shows will be the same just leaving out the current "day 6 movie" from the 8-day intinerary. At least that is the way I am going to plan it, they don't seem to have any reason to mix it up any more than that. Now I just need to decide if I want to keep my Palo ressie for semi-formal night or move it and pack yet another dress.
