Can men wear nice shorts when dining at Shulas?. Dress code states business casual. Thanks

Bill

I've dined there several times and personally I wouldn't wear shorts, business casual usually means collared shirt (polo types are acceptable but should be tucked in), slacks with belt, leather shoes with socks, no sandals, flip flops or sneakers.
I'd feel out of place in shorts there.

I always wear a dress (not a sundress) and sandals for dinner when on vacation. Would sandals in that case be OK do you think? Thanks.

We have eaten there several times...the last time being Father's Day last year. Both DH & DS wore nice shorts & matching Disney polo shirts.

They were fine.

I have also dined there a couple times and have seen more men in shorts than pants.

I have seen a lot of groups of men that look like they came directly from the golf course with shorts, sneakers, and even flip flops.

If you are clean and in a collared shirt and can pay the tab, I don't think they care what you wear.

From what I saw, it's like nicer golfing clothes. Polos, khakis (shorts or pants), and either sandals or a leather upper shoe:)

I wore my cargo shorts and a casual polo shirt an I was OK.

I believe if you went to the Shula's in miami, you wouldn't get in, but this is Disney and this is how everyone is dressed.

Business casual generally doesn't include shorts.

This would be fine at a Disney restaurant but they're not Disney owned. However, they are AT Disney, which is a casual environment most of the time.
