11/26 - 12/7 2013...Little Mermaid room

YAY! Thanks for this thread. I just booked Little Mermaid for next April. will keep checking back to read how those of you staying before me like it. the past two trips we stayed at POP, so have wachted the new resort grow and am so excited to stay there!

LM 10/17 - 10/24 me and my niece (7) - she is a huge little mermaid fan and has no idea we are staying there! we will be decorating our window as well (not that she knows that either :) )

thank you for providing this much needed thread!

I am wondering if there is a list of dining plan snack items at Landscape of Flavors. Specifically, I am looking for breakfast items that I could purchase using a snack credit.

What are the ice dispensers like here? Is it the old fashion kind where you scoop out ice and put it in the bucket (which doesn't seem sanitary to me) or the kind where you push a button and ice comes out? Or something different...are there even ice machines in each building? I need my ice :scared1:

Quick question....

I was just reading a little about AOA on Allearsnet and it says that the suites have interior corridors! Does anyone know if this is planned to be the case for the LM standard rooms too? One of my hesitancies with staying at a value or mod is the exterior "hallways." If these are interior that would be GREAT! :thumbsup2

Don't LM rooms have either 2 doubles or 1 king size bed? We were definitely hoping to get a king.

Also, is Tables in Wonderland being accepted at Landscapes of Flavor?

Little Mermaid will be set up like the other values with exterior "hallways".

I can tell you the ice machines in each building at Pop Century are the push button w/ bucket style. I assume that same style is used at AoA.

Most or all LM rooms will have 2 double beds. We are expecting select king bed rooms will be available too like they are at other value resorts.

Actually...

Building 1 has a Tow Mater scene
Building 2 has a Sally and McQueen scene at the Wheel Well Motel
Building 3 has a Luigi and Guido scene at Casa Della Tires

The building numbering runs counter clockwise around the resort from 1 to 10, starting with #1 in the Cars section. Pop Century is numbered this way too.

Refillable mugs are available for individual purchase, or they are "free"/included if your package has a Disney dining plan.

Sorry my mistake :guilty:

Great thread!!! Thanks for starting this! AoA is in contention for part of our stay in April!!! :thumbsup2

I thought the same thing. We've stayed at Pop 3 times, and I'm trying to determine if the distance is similar to some of the further out Pop rooms. We've stayed in some rooms there that were far away from Everything Pop and it wasn't too bad, but for some reason the LM rooms seem REALLY far away from Animation Hall.

It is about 1/4 of a mile and was compared to a similar building's distance to the main part of Pop in another thread. It should take 5 minutes to walk.

First, thanks for all your hard work. About the refillable mugs; I thought resort mugs were free. Anyone know for certain? Thanks again.

Thanks but I didn't start the thread. :) I know some of the answers though from reading so much on it! :)

Nice post!:thumbsup2 The AoA is such a beautiful and fun resort:goodvibes. I have been visiting quite often exploring the grounds and enjoying their great lunch and dinner choices.

Thanks for starting the thread:thumbsup2

We are staying October 18th 2013 for 2 weeks which is just so far away
