I love this show. I just don't personally know too many people who watch it (despite my endless recruiting ;) ). So excited the first part of Season 5 has started airing. Oh and the new podcast is out. :thumbsup2 The podcast is almost better than the show. :happytv:

I love Breaking Bad - it's honestly the best show I've watched.

Tempted to invest in one (or some) of the new screen prints to hang in my living room...

This is seriously the best show ever. Last season's finale was crazy awesome. I can't wait for the Hank/Walt showdown.

I really love watching the transition from Mr. White to Heisenberg - I've always said that Mr. White is the antagonist of the show, and Jesse is the protagonist - and I think that this final season is going to say that definitively.

I also think the show is going to conclude with Walt getting shot - its been alluded to since the beginning of the show. Assuming I'm right, I think it's a fine ending, but it reminds me a lot of the end of Big Love? which I know isn't a related show at all, but that show also alluded to Bill's death for quite a while, and when it came it seemed like an "easy" ending, and one in recent memory..

Love, love, love this show. My mom and DH are big fans too.

My husband just started watching it on Netflix cause he heard so much about it. He likes it so far.

The best is when you can plow through a bunch of episodes at once. That's how I watched the first two seasons. Easier to catch the connections (flashbacks, foreshadowing, etc.)

Loved starting off this season with a Flash Foward. Scared of what it all means. The Denny's was the same one they used last season. :thumbsup2 Vince was happy to be served his Moons over My Hammy once again. :rotfl2: Really if you are not listening to the podcasts you need to. I think they started doing them in Season 2. Makes it a whole other experience. You can find them on iTunes under Breaking Bad Insider Podcast.

Breaking Bad is my absolute favorite show of all time! I can't wait to see how they end it all, even though I am sad to see it end. The final two episodes last year were some of the best dramatic television ever. :thumbsup2

Wow, just saw the Emmy Nominations.

Best Drama
Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series - Bryan Cranston
Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series - Aaron Paul AND Giancarlo Esposito
Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series - Anna Gunn
Outstanding Guest Actor In A Drama Series - Mark Margolis (And all he did was ring a bell, lol).
Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series - Vince Gilligan for Face Off
Plus a number of the more "artsy" ones.

Congratulations!!!!

Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series - Aaron Paul AND Giancarlo Esposito

I would have to go with Giancarlo Esposito on this one. I am not familiar with him in anything else but he was superb in this role.

This show is downright amazing. Everything about it is just top notch. The writing, acting, directing, everything is superb.

So happy that they got so many emmy nominations. Especially Giancarlo Esposito! He was SO GOOD as Gus fring!!

Last Spring plowed through 1-3, bought 4 from I Tunes, just started watching 5. LOVE the show! I am so glad that there are so many Emmy nominations.

DH has his phone email alert set up to the ding ding of Tio Salamanca's bell. One time in the middle of the night it went off and I about came unglued. I was convinced he was coming for me! :rotfl2:

LOVE Breaking Bad!! and this from a woman who hates violent shows. I watched from the first night, because I was interested to see what Bryan Cranston was doing.

The writing and character development is consistently AMAZING!!!

The actors terrific.. Giancarlo Esposito has always been a favorite of mine, he always has been a great actor who makes the most of every project/character he takes on.
Aaron Paul and / Bryan Cranston.. what a treat to watch!

ok you guys have convinced me to check out the pod cast :)

:rotfl2: BB posted on facebook a bell you could ring in anticipation of the new season. I had so much fun with that. :lmao:

I want to say personally I am excited for Kelley Dixon getting an Emmy nomination. She is the one who runs the podcast so I feel like I "know" her.

I'm going to miss Gus Fringe this season. He brought so much. I did hear there is another interesting character on the horizon. Actually I think Vince couldn't stand it anymore and said something. :rotfl:

The descent of Walter White into madness is truly frightening to me. Do you think Hank is catching on yet?

I think Hank knows. I mean they keep showing time after time after time what a great cop/agent Hank is. If he has missed Walt, who is right under his nose, this whole time, it totally undermines the character.

I watched the last episode last night. Holy crap. :scared1: I swear I sat in front of the TV with my mouth wide open for like five minutes after it ended.
