MNSSHP...Solo??

I ended up moving my short stay to mid-September and would really like to check out MNSSHP while im there ...has anyone else done this solo? Did you dress up? Did CM's and guest's give you funny looks for being dressed up and picking up candy solo?

Done MNSSHP solo several times. Love it! Never packed a costume, but I bought myself some ears to wear at the last one. And yes, I trick or Treat while there.

I'll be going this year but I'm supposed to meet friends. This will be the second year that I will wear a costume. Last year my costume was limited because I had a broken clavicle.

I'm interested in the answers too. I'm considering going to the Sept. 21 party but wounder how it would be solo. I want to be able to dressed up.

I have been to these parties solo and have enjoyed myself. I did not wear a costume, but I got a TON of candy. My grown DD found out about this candy and was a bit envious. So I shipped it all to her from my resort the next morning!

I'm going to MNNSHP solo this October! Halloween is my favourite holiday, so I will definitely dress up and get me some candy

I havent gone solo, but while the kids are on line for rides i have SOLO trick or treated my way to the candy : ) CMs always seemed happy to give it away.

I plan to go to one of the parties the week of Halloween. I can't wait, but I most likely won't be wearing a costume. I plan to look for a Mickey Halloween shirt before I leave home and buy one of the special ones sold for the party. I have been to MVMCP solar twice and loved them and MNSSHP is supposed to be even better!

Not at all. Far more people are not costumed than are. It's a lot of fun either way. And trick or treating is a blast. Tool around on your ECV and enjoy the night!!!

Seriously considering doing a solo MNSSHP when we're there in 2 wks. It's too spendy for the whole family and too late a night for my little ones, but i could swing one ticket as a special treat for myself. I'm just trying to decide if I would just feel too out of my element without kids to look after!

This will be my first solo MNSSHP too!! I already bought a ticket for October 11th. I am really looking forward for it. Not sure if I 'll be wearing a costume, takes too much space in my suitcase.

I'm also going solo for the first time to the Halloween Horror Nights. I'm much more nervous for this one, though.

I've gone solo a couple of years ago. I didn't dress up as a character but wore Halloween-themed clothes; people loved my teeshirt!

I haven't decided on going this trip but maybe the Sept 30th date.

I have never been to MNSSHP ever, and my first time is Sept 25 solo. I love this board, after reading all of your posts I'm feelin good about my decision lol. Do the rides stay open during this time?

I will be there for the 10/11 party as a solo guest! I will be in costume and looking forward to the night! I have heard great things about MNSSHP (first time for me)!
