Disney Tattoos

Well, I'm about ready to take the plunge...found a Tattoo shop with a good reputation, who does fine line work (my tatt is going to be on my foot, so I don't want it too big)

A little background, I'm a Disney Bride, and really want something to represent where we got married.

So I made up three (by cropping and pasting on Powerpoint) ideas....and would like some input. You're really going to have to use your imagination though, because there are some gaps, and color issues, etc.

Well, here they are:

#1. Just a flower headband with ears and Pixie Dust.

#2. Same as #1, only with a "different" Pixie Dust, and "Disney Bride added to bottom (would be done in Disney Font)

#3. With Veil...I'm not sure if this would be too long since it's on my foot.

Suggestions and ideas are welcome!! Thanks!

Wow, some of these tats are awesome! I am totally impressed. I would like to get one more, but I'm getting a little too old for tattoos now.

No you're not!! My sister got hers for her 50th birthday! Go for it!! ;)

I like the third one. The veil could run down your foot and I think it would look awesome

Good luck with your decision

I love #3! I think it would look cool running across your foot. GL!

Thanks for the responses....I'm wondering if he could design the veil out of "0ixie Dust". :goodvibes. Nobody voted for #2, I was thinking the whole "Disney bride" might be a little too much too. I need to see the artist and see what he can help me with:goodvibes. I'll keep you guys updated!

My new tattoo, I know this is a design others have as well, it's just so pretty. I love it!

This may sound like a silly question....but how do they do wrist tattoos, the blood veins seem so close to the surface, do they bleed a lot?

I'm not sure about the inner wrist, as my wrist tattoo is on the outer wrist. I've always wondered about that myself, but I'll find out since I'm planning a wrist tattoo at some point.

My Mickey (on the inner calf) and the other one I got today on my shoulder blade really bled, and that's the first time that happened to me - my other three didn't bleed at all.

The same as they do any tattoo. I asked the same type of question when I got my inner wrist tattoo and was told "the veins are a lot deeper than they look". The needle only pierces into the skin....it doesn't go any deeper than that. I actually bled the least getting my wrist tattoo than any of the others that I have and it hardly hurt at all and was the easiest/fastest to heal :thumbsup2

You are never too old!! I got my first one when I was 38 and now I have 4. I just got my second Disney tattoo yesterday.

Here are the pics of my most recent tattoo. It's not all clean and pretty since is just got done yesterday. Flounder still is a bit bloody, but I'll post pics after it heals completely.

It's on my left leg and kind of wraps around..... Hence the reason for 3 pictures....

There is a Hidden Mickey in there. I'm sure you will be able to find it with no problem. LOL!!
