I love that I found this thread! I was doing a quick search on the Dis because DH and I will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary with a trip to V&A!

Your reviews totally sold me on the fact that I've made the right choice! And I love that valet parking is included - it really is a hike from self-parking!

Loved your reviews! We did Victoria and Albert's on our honeymoon and now will be on a kid free trip to Disney shortly after our 10th anniversary. Your photos make me want to celebrate there again!

That looks AMAZING. Once I get done with school and get a real job (like the ones real adults have, as opposed to fake ones I have now ), I'm doing this.

Assuming it doesn't cost $1000/person by then--it's Disney, you never know.

A quick question, I wonder how they'd be with substitutions? I'm not a big red meat person, could I swap in a fish for the meat course? (I ask like I'm going tomorrow instead of in 10 years, haha.)

I've never eaten at a gourmet restaurant such as this.
Kinda nervous that I would not know what to do with myself. LOL

I'm not the OP but I've dined at V&A solo twice and have a 3rd experience booked for May. You will have a great time and will be treated like royalty. I generally take a small journal or something to occupy myself between courses.

You will have a fantastic birthday dinner!

It's great! Do it! I love what the other poster said about bringing a journal, then you could take notes on what you liked about each course!

We ate here for a family dinner, my dad, sister (27) and me (25) 12/12/12 and it was fantastic! If I remember correctly there are several options for each course, and is an non-meat option. or there is also a vegetarian menu that you can choose an option from there if you would like. I would LOVE to eat here again sometime. We also did I think all the upgrades between the 3 of us, and I'm so glad we did. We did the wine pairings. We planned not to eat very heavy that day to keep room. The portion sizes were perfect for each course. There was only 1 or 2 courses that someone got the same thing as someone else so we got to try almost everything on the menu, it was awesome! Plus at the end of the meal each woman gets a single long stem rose, and everyone gets a personalized copy of the menu.

My wife and I are celebrating 10 years together this year as well and have book V&A for our trip in October to celebrate .... this review definitely confirmed it was a good choice

Did you do the full wine pairing? If so how were the rest of the wines?
