That's awesome Liz!! Maybe the time off helped?
You know, it might have! I was really good during the broken toe down time about doing stationary bike for conditioning, and I wonder if that got my endurance up to a point where coming back to running was smoother than where I began early in the spring. But the trend seems to be continuing - tonight I did the 25-minute run, and my 35-minute total (with the 5m warm-up and cool-down) was 3.3 miles at a 10:36 pace! DH realized tonight that my run pace is currently faster than his - he did 3.75 miles at 10:39, but he didn't have any walking intervals.
