All Day Dining Deal

We are going to Seaworld for the first time in July.
I'm totally confused about the Dining Deal...

It lists these six restaurants:
Participating restaurants: Voyager’s Smokehouse (excluding Baby Back Ribs), Seaport Pizza, Terrace Garden Buffet, The Spice Mill, Seafire Inn, Mango Joe’s

Are there also other quick serve type restaurants and other places to get ice cream and other snacks and drinks???

It also says water is not included for the kids.
All my kids drink is water!

Are there any places that would have breakfast type food?
It says healthy snacks. Do they have fruit you can get for a snack?
Is Captain Pete's Island Eats included???

The restaurants in the all day dining deal are all counter service style places,the way it works is they give you a wristband that allows unlimited visits through the line.Everytime you go through the line you can get an entree which will come with a side,you can get another side dish or dessert and a bottle of water or soda.This doesn't mean you have to get all of these when you go through,for example when I did the dining deal in the summer I would go through the line between meals just to get a bottle of water and some strawberries or a dessert to eat like a snack.If it's hot out the deal more than pays for itself in drinks.I believe there is one restaurant that is open for breakfast,also I think the food carts throughout the park give you 50% off if you have the dining deal.Like I said in the summer and if you're at the park all day you might probably get double your money's worth.If you go on a winter day with the park closing at 7pm and you get to the park at noon,then I would pass on the dining deal.It is however a very good deal as the Sea World/Busch Garden parks have very good quality food at their counter service restaurants and their desserts are way better than what you'll find at the Disney or Universal counter service restaurants.

You can get breakfast at Voyager's Smokehouse. It is the only restaurant that is open for breakfast other than the character meal and that is not included on the all day dining plan. You can also get other items for snacks.

I don't know about water not being included for kids as we were 6 adults but you can go to the restaurant as many times as you want and get a water and give it to your kids.

Captain Pete's is not included.

The way I read it, it sounds like I get all day dining for one day at each park. Is that right? Or is it just one day, no matter which park you go to?

We have a package at the Renaissance (3 nights at the end of August) with admission to both SW & Aquatica with the All-Day Dining at both. However, I questioned how the dining works and was told it is quite different between the two parks. At SW, you can go to 6 different places and go as often as you want. At Aquatica, you can only go to one place - Banana Beach (buffet place) or whatever it is called.

I'm leaving soon for my seaworld trip soon and on my information said I will be printing out 3 all day dining vouchers for dining one in each park( going to all 3 parks) when I arrive. Aquatica's all day dining is a buffet so that's what they offer in that park.

Yes the Kids get bottle water with there meals. If going in July that dining plan pays for itself.

I am going next week and have the all day dining. If we want to get Breakfast what time does the restaurant open that serves breakfast? Do we have to wait until the whole park opens to get breakfast?

We will grab a quick bite as we are leaving the hotel, and we have a dinner planned at Disney that evening. So it would just be lunch and snacks. How much should I plan for that?

If you are not planning on eating 2 meals I think I would opt out of the plan and pay out of pocket, but unless your meal at Disney is for 9 or 10 PM you are going to be missing out on a lot of SW. The shows are scheduled and go until 10 or 11 in July because they have the night time shows in the summer. Sometimes shows fill up 1/2 hour before show time so you can't get seats if the park is really busy-even though the shows are in huge stadiums. Are you planning on taking advantage of the 2nd day free that you get with your 1 day pass?

No, I don't believe we are. We mainly go to feed the dolphins My son is a dolphin nut, and that makes his trip. We usually will feed them twice (think they would include dolphin food on the plan?), and that gives him his fix till the next time. I think you are right that it would be cheaper to just pay out of pocket.

We did the free all day dining earlier this month. We went to the Voyagers place for breakfast & each got a breakfast, fruit and juice. Then we stopped in a few places, before we'd hit a show, and get a bottles of water & some strawberries with chocolate to dip them in (yummy). We had lunch at the StoneMill or something like that. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, that sort of thing. Then, on our way out just at or after park closing, we stopped at the Voyagers place again and got some BBQ (which was just fair to midland). The bottled water in SeaWorld is about $3.00 each so the plan definitely paid for itself. Each of our meals (4 people) would have cost over $50.

How long should I wait for the meal? Should I bring my kid's wristband so that he can sit and wait for me? The price of the deal is 32.99 for adult and 17.99 for kid!

Can I check the opening hour for the resturants?

They said they were thinking about the Dining Deal for a September trip. During September, after Labor Day, the park hours reduce to closing at 6pm according to the website.

I went to Seaworld for the first time yesterday and decided to do the All Day Dining so here is a mini review.

I decided to make this an eating day to see what there was to enjoy - and I loved it. It was well worth it but I wouldn't do it every visit. I have an AP and plan on visiting occasionally. Lunchtime was a little nuts though as far as crowds go - and the business went well into 4:00pm - then it started raining and I think the crowds cleared out a bit.

I arrived at the park 8:30am - the turnstiles were open shortly thereafter. I bought my all day dining voucher at the reservations counter at the front but I think for morning arrival is it easiest to purchase at Voyagers if you are going to have breakfast. There was a line at reservations but when I got to Voyagers there were hardly any people there.

I have an AP - so the voucher was around $32 with tax and my discount.

I thought the breakfast at Voyagers was good. I had scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, watermelon and orange juice first time through. Second time through the line I got a hot tea which was huge.

There were very few people having breakfast at 9:00am - very peaceful.

Around 12:30pm I went to Seafire Inn - had a chefs salad, fruit cup and bottled water - all was really good. The carved meats are really nice - turkey and roast beef both on the chef's salad. It was busy but I didn't wait too long - there was seating available in the Cove (air conditioned) where they have the luau.

After this I noticed the crowds at the restaurants were really thick especially at Voyagers.

At around 1:30pm I went to Voyagers for milk and cookies - it was extremely busy - the team member directing traffic told me to go ahead and go in and get my milk and cookies - not to wait in the queue - I was so grateful for this - I wouldn't have waited for it - there was no place to sit and enjoy them however - I went outside.


Around 4:00pm I went to Spicemill as I wanted more water and some water melon - it was crazy busy - no seating at all - I left.

I went back to Seafire Inn and it was doable - so I got the bottled water and watermelon with a short wait.

Around 6:30pm I went to Voyagers for dinner - had the combo platter - chicken and spare ribs, french fries and roll, milk and chocolate cake - it was really good and the wait was nothing like lunch time crowds.

I think I saved about $30 using the All Day Dining Deal - I did have 3 meals and two snacks - my last meal was about $20 alone.

How much are the meals at Sea World if you pay out of pocket? I have found menus online but none of them have prices. I am wondering how much a kids cheeseburger or chicken nugget meal and an adult cheeseburger meal is. We are going in Sep when the park closes at 5:00 so I am trying to figure out if the all day dining would be good for us. Thanks!

Kids meals were about $6, adult entrees were about $8-9, drinks are $3, sides/desserts are about $3.

I went back to Seaworld yesterday and did the All Day Dining Deal once again - so the prices are fresh in my mind.

Typical adult meal - steak burger $9.98, drink $2.69 or bottled water $2.79, side item or deserts usually about $3.59 - some kids meals were $7.99 I remember but that might have been a special Shamu meal with plate and souvenir cup - I don't have children so wasn't purchasing kids meals - but I might estimate at that price. I was averaging about $16 a meal getting a side and a drink for adults and more with the BBQ.
