DLC vs. WDW questions

I'm a WDW veteran and coming up on my first Disneyland trip.

Does DLC enforce FastPass return times? Also, is there someplace (website/ap) that has reliable info re disconnected FastPass or should I just post close to the trip to find current info?

If we stay at Disneyland Hotel but have breakfast at GC in the am, can we enter the park from the GC or is only open to GC guests?

Is pool hopping allowed for Disneyland Hotel guests to use, say GC pool? Not being naive, I know this is a hot topic in WDW but didn't want to just assume the policy is the same in CA if in fact it is more relaxed.

Finally, there are early entry breakfast options in WDW parks, true for DLC and if so, where?

FP not enforced. Currently Roger Rabbit and Screamin' are disconnected, and the two parks are disconnected from each other.

Anyone staying at one of the three Disney hotels can use the GCH entrance. You cannot, however, pool hop unless your pool is closed for some reason.

Minnie's breakfast in DL opens 50 minutes before park opening I believe.

FYI it sounds like when you say "DLC" you mean Disneyland Resort aka DLR.

Hey, didn't someone report recently that Roger Rabbit was connected? I could be wrong about that...

Roger Rabbit, Screamin', Grizzly, Big Thunder, Autopia and Mullholland Madness (now Goofy's Sky School) were all disconnected at one time; however, they all are connected now. The only one that is still disconnected is Haunted Mansion Holiday.

As for return times, it really depends on the CM and how long the FP line is at the moment. If there are a lot of people using FPs late at the moment, the CM will turn you away, some will be nice and suggest coming later, others won't. The CM may chose to take your expired FP when turning you away as well. I have seen this happen to people who are using expired FPs frequently. Ultimately, it is 100% up to the CMs discretion, the only time it isn't is if the attraction had broken down prior to or during your return time.

Many will say it is not enforced and most of the time that is true; however, you should be aware of the possibility that it will be enforced.

DLC = Disneyland California?

They use different math on the left coast.

DLR = DL + DCA + DTD + GCH + DLH + PPH

I verified that Screamin was still disconnected as of a few weekends ago. Is there new info that it is now connected?

Haunted Mansion Holiday was connected last holiday season. Obviously it is not up now to test.

I'm agreeing with ArchOwl on this one and saying that as of 18 days ago (so my info could be outdated), both Roger Rabbit and Screamin were disconnected. Also I've tried and have never found HMH to be disconnected.
