MUST Super Grover be activated at Sesame Place first?

My family paid the $8 to have them FedEx'ed to us turnstile ready. Have never used them at Sesame Place but used at Aquatica and SW Orlando 14-18 times thus far. I told a family we are traveling with about Super Grover, but they mistakenly bought the online print at home vocuhers. So, can they get a Super Grover perm annual pass at the SW cust service booth at Orldando?

We were able to activate ours at Busch Gardens Tampa when we were there without our children. Then we went to BG Williamsburg and when we tried to activate our children's (6&8) they told us we must have their birth certificates. I think they're wrong but that's what they told us. They gave us a complimentary pass for them for the day. We will activate theirs next time we go with birth certificates in hand. If your friends all have their IDs then there shouldn't be a problem.

Just a question.....your screen name says you are from North Carolina, but the product important information note on the web page to buy the Grover Pass says it is invalid if you are from Florida, Georgia, NC, SC, California, Texas, Virginia. When did you buy your pass? Looks like they fixed a loophole that people living closer to one of the other parks might have been using to get around our more expensive annual passes.

We bought our passes back when they were still at the sale price. Want to say it was end of February/March. There weren't state restrictions when we purchased them.

We bought ours online and printed the vouchers. We first used them at Sea World Orlando and have since used them at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
The first time at Sea World they exchanged our vouchers for pass cards.

FYI - the restrictions on states is no longer on the Sesame Place website for the Super Grover Pass. It's still there for Super Grover plus Christmas but not for Super Grover.

Man 14-18 times!!! You are very lucky!!

We just got back two weeks ago. We bought the Super Grover with the $8 shipping. We did not use them at Sesame and went to Busch Gardens first. There was no problem. We received free Premium parking at Busch Gardens, Aquatica and Sea World along with meal and merchandise discounts. We also received the premium seating for the shows. There have been many threads that others with just the vouchers were able to activate them just fine at their FL park of choice.

Hope this helps.

Ah they did change the clause in the Important Product Information on that pass if you pay for it up front. If you put it on EZPay it is still restricted.

Finally were able to activate our children's Super Grover Passes at BGW yesterday. The first time they told us we had to have their birth certificates which is a bunch of bunk and that requirement can't be found anywhere on any website. So yesterday we went to guest relations and the lady looked at their eVouchers and said, "these are for sesame place." I said, "they're SeaWorld Parks Platinum passes." She scanned them and we got their permanent passes. She never asked for their birth certificates, which we had with us this time.
