Value resort HA rooms?

Question for the all knowledgeable DISers. I was pricing rooms for our upcoming trip. I need one HA room for my disabled DH with preferably one connecting room for our two kids. When pricing the rooms at the value resort, the HA rooms state that there is 1 king bed and 1 double bed in the room. I have never seen this before. Are these new rooms?? This would make a huge difference for us as we would only have to book one room if this was so. I am trying to figure in my mind how they would fit one king and one double in a standard room and still have enough room for wheelchair access. I have been looking for photos and information and find nothing on this except for Disney's website. I know I can call them, but the castmembers don't always know what they are talking about. Can someone verify that this is how the rooms are set up? I am wondering if I have never seen this before because maybe they are so few and far in between that they get booked quickly. TIA!!

It is a either or, but not both. If you are a family of four and need a HA room, they will accommodate you with one room reserved.
