Touringplans showing MHP dates?

I was checking touringplans for predicted open/close times in Sept and I noticed on some dates it now says

Park Hours: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Mickey's Halloween Party
Mickey's Soundsational Parade at 3:00pm
Mickey's Soundsational Parade at 5:30pm

Is this something that has always been there and I never noticed?

I'm guessing that it is an 'educated guess' on behalf of touringplans and not confirmed yet right?

I notice it says 'predicted hours and schedule' so obviously this is nothing more than their best guess but I don't recall seeing it before. Admittedly I might not have noticed. Still, if it's their educated guess it matches up with predictions I've read here, even to the Monday, not the Tuesday MHP on one date.

My comments are:
It's quite likely the 28th will be a Halloween Party.
The DCA hours are probably wrong, TP isn't good for DLR and those hours show why. DCA is going to be operating differently after June 15th.
The crowd prediction for a Friday with a Halloween party in DL is way too low.

Oh yeah, I totally agree the crowd seems far far too low. I was just more stoked about the idea of the MHP dates as I'm trying to incorporate that into my plans and I feel like I've been waiting for. ever.

Dates may come out any time now. Last year they were announced around the 15th of May. They may hold of this year and let some Cars Land hype take place first.

If you must go to a party, the next week will have to host them. If you want a little risk plan for one on that Friday, it's not a sure thing but likely.

Another vote of non-confidence of TPs predictions....they currently have "Summer break" starting June 30th and are saying crowds won't hit 10s until then.
