Dreams Come True! An April Adventure of Being Remembered & Making Magic Updated 11/6!

Okay, can we just talk about how every time you take a trip to disney, it seems to be more & more magical?! This trip has been absolutely amazing so far! We've had highlights, highlights, and even more highlights! I'll try to not give too much away!!

We arrived without any hitches, and headed straight to MK like planned, and spend the evening having an awesome time at the park in EMH. Our room is RIGHT by the bus stop (in Barbados) and we have the pool & beach RIGHT there to hang out on. It's amazing!!

Our first day at AK was great! We rode the rides, saw the shows, and met the characters! It was a great day, followed by the Hoop De Doo, which, I believe at this point, was the highlight of the trip for us! (yes, I did just say that!)

Our full MK day was full of surprises, excitement, and some LONG waits for characters (but lets be serious, they were WORTH IT) We also had a run in with an old friend of mine from January, and let's just say, the friend DID NOT dissappoint! *swoon* :cloud9:

Today we spent the day at DHS, and had a great time, although this morning I wasn't feeling too hot, and had to by pass the RnR for now. Since I promised I would ride it with Tyler for the first time, I couldn't do it this afternoon when I felt better as he was gone. We're now back at CBR for some pool time, drinks, and the evening movie!

I also just wanted to say that any of you that maybe have twitter or tumblr can feel free to follow me as a lot of stuff will be posted there while I'm away (and there's a lot of disney otherwise, accompanied by some other stuff)

I'm glad your trip went well! And that you had some good character meets ;)

On twitter I'm @jonquillas :)

Thanks! It was awesome! And the characers were fantastic. I've definitely started following you on twitter now! Yay!

Okay, so I want to apologise for keeping you all waiting SO FREAKING LONG. I know I've only been home a week, but it seriously feels like forever. I have all my pics uploaded, and some resized (and even some updates typed waiting for photo links) all ready to go, but I really do want to wait for the photopass before I start. Mainly because on this TR I'm only relying on my pictures (Tanessa hasn't even posted hers to facebook yet) and photopass. So, they're coming, I assure you, the cd should be here at the end of the week!

In other news, I have created another disney lover, and I knew it the moment we had park hopped over to MK for some lunch and I was expressing my love to MK as it was all the atmosphere and such, and Tanessa's responose was "I know...." all 6 year old type...

Since being back we've both been keeping an eye on various auditions, and have started seriously considering the International Representative Program to work down in Epcot, and just BE there, it would be fantastic. Apparently those applications start in June, so *fingers crossed*

In "new trip" news, I was table setting at work on Sunday, and started talking about Disney Halloween & MNSSHP, and Cody nearly peed himself of excitement, I'm not kidding you. We then proceeded to price out a vacation, find that free dining was involved, making it about $1100.00 for EVERYTHING. Seriously...I died...(knowing that flights will go down too, last year our Sept trip was $883.00 each...for everything...)

I started out saying we could go in the last week of August, but then realized that didn't cover Halloween, and then realized that the free dining ended Sept 15th. Well crap. Then I realized I could book 3 of them in to arrive on the 15th, head do Epcot on their first day, and then ont he 16th, move all my stuff to their resort, say good bye to my mom early morning on the 17th, and then stay for another week with them.

What's that? TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT AT DISNEY?!!? :bitelip: <-That was probably the actual face I was making at that point. We've started talking to people about going with us, and there are quite a few who seem interested, it's simply down to money now. So, Sept will be our stupendous super split stay!

This trip of course will knock out my tentative June trip. :( Which is honestly somewhat okay. They just did a TON of character auditions around the states, so they probably have everyone they need now. I'll wait til they announce Periwinkle, or that they specifically need face characters. There are Holiday Dancer auditions June 8th, so might attend those, we'll see how money goes (not looking the greatest, won't lie haha)

So, there is my update!! The real trip report will be out soon!

Welcome ladies & gents! And thank you for sticking around through the PTR, and my past TR’s, and if you’re new to the report, well, :welcome: and I’m glad you chose to come along for the adventure! In case you have missed out on the introductions in the PTR, here are all the details!

Who:
IMG_4324-1.jpg

I'm Katt! Hi! I'm a 22 (soon to be 23) year old Disney fanatic. I've always loved all things Disney, music, movies, characters, it's just all so fantastic. I first visted DisneyLand in 1997.

I've got Tyler:
5-1.jpg

He's 24, a friend of mine from work (although we no longer work together) he's the big brother that I never had, and we get along very much in that brother-sister way. He came on the trip in Sept 2011, as a last minute resort after someone else backed out (he got his passport less than a month before departure! :scared1:) He loves all things Toy Story, Lion King, Wall-E and of course, the thrill rides. His favorite is Buzz!

Last, but of course, not least, is Tanessa!

IMG_1377-1.jpg

She's also 23, and works with me at the dinner theatre, her & Tyler do know each other, and were excited to know that the other was coming. Tanessa & I had been planning on possibly going to Mexico, with another trip planned to go with other friends in May to Disney. Soon after discovering the other 2 couldn't go, we ditched the tequila & partying for a week in the magical land! (Although, let's be serious, some tequila will probably still be consumed)

When: April 22-28/2012

Where: Walt Disney World of Course, staying at Caribbean Beach Resort

Why: A celebration of life! I have an annual pass, and was planning a trip anyways, so Tanessa & Tyler ended up joining me, we also decided that since our birthdays are all within a month of each other, we each celebrated our birthdays down there (moreso Tanessa & I)

It was my 5th trip to WDW, my 7th to Disney property, Tyler’s 2nd, and Tanessa had been over to DLR years ago, but hadn’t been to WDW, we were ready for some adventure, some fun, and some sunshine & warm weather. Did we get it? Did we end up having the time of our lives, or did we end up having one of the worst trips imaginable?! Well I guess you’ll just have to stick around and find out!

Day # 1:
Sunday April 22/2012

Today begins nice & EARLY, actually, it will probably being the night before. Tyler works as a chef for Delta, and thus, gets discounts at the hotels. There's one out at the airport, so we'll be heading out there after we're done work, and have a nice relaxing night.

Now, at approximately 5:00 am, we will be getting up and heading straight over to the airport to jump on a plane! We've flown American Airlines before, and had no problems with them. I've flown with AA, Delta, United, Air Canada & US Airways to & from Disney on the variety of our trips. I've never had trouble with any of them, and american carriers are usually far cheaper to book on than Canadian ones.

americanairlines.jpg

Our flight leaves at 7:00am, with a 3 hour layover in Dallas! Yayayayaya....:cool1: ....that's sarcasm...if our layover was only an hour, we'd get in to MCO so much earlier :sad1: However, I'm ok with it, as we'll have time to sit down and have a nice meal, relax, take it slow, rather than running from gate to gate. Wow, that airport is big (defs just looked its website on) I see they have a Chilli's! OM NOM.

chillis.jpg

If I bring my laptop, we may watch a movie, who knows?! Our next flight leaves around 3:00pm, and then around 6:00pm, we'll start seeing some of these:

DSCN04011.jpg

As we land in the AMAZING ORLANDO!! EEEEEEEKKK!! Hopefully we'll quickly & efficiently find our way down to the Magical Express area, where this will be waiting for us:

wdw_magical_express.jpg

And seriously...if Mickey has somehow gotten our bags, and is there waiting to whisk us away to CBR, I'm quite okay with that. :cloud9: This is when the magic starts, and I adore that feeling. Once you land in MCO, absolutely everyone is friendly, and awesome, and just magical! The humidity there, the weather is warm, the SMELL of Orlando. ahhhhh...amazing.

Hopefully we'll manage to get the the resort by 7:30. If we land on time, I figure we can be on the ME by 7, and then we'll make the trip quickly, right?!:cutie: Can we talk about how excited writing this is making me?! (It also reminded me that I actually need to book the ME haha!)

Let the Memories Begin! Click on it!!

We'll soon be arriving here:

CB_EST_1_998.jpg

Caribbean Beach Resort! Our first stay here, and our first stay at a Moderate! It will be super nice to have the little bit of extra space, and the WIFI (although that's everywhere now...) I'm just excited for the beach part of things, and the hammocks! Hopefully we HAVE some downtime to chill in the sun here!
After a quick check in, we'll head into our room, drop off our stuff, change, and hopefully it will be no later than 8:30 by now (that's totally reasonable, right?!) and we'll make it into the park by 9!!

Which park, you may ask? Well, the one that's open until 2am of course!!

38-1.jpg

And since it's April, and it's EMH, it appears that there are 2 showings of the MSEP, so we'll be able to watch that if we want (9 &11 pm) and we'll even have around an hour before the showing of Wishes!

Debating around wait times, we'll probably stop in to see the main Mouse first thing! Gotta let him know we're here, right?!

Photo0005FourBySix.jpg

And his lady friend too of course! Once that's done, I have a specific place in minda that we'll need to detour on our way through to Frontierland to hit up, and if you've read my last TR, you know where that is!

Photo0146FourBySix-1.jpg

Yup...there it is...gotta make a stop to see them! Especially since we know by this time, they'll probably be the only characters out (minus the Fairies). Next up we'll conquer some mountains:

640px-Splash_Mountain_800.jpg

MKBTM2.jpg

And visit some happy haunts & pirates!

134.jpg

haunted.jpg

My guess is we'll spend the next couple of hours riding rides, knowing Tyler, he'll want to go on Space Mountain a million times in a row!

SPACE.jpg

And thanks to it being a beautiful night time our last stop before fireworks will probably be The TTA!!

IMG_0835.jpg

Then, of course, it's time for us all to make a wish and wait for it to come true...also known as...the time Tyler & Tanessa will be embarressed to be with me as I'll be crying...

Wishes.jpg

We'll now have the option to find a spot to watch some more entertainment:

pb8.jpg

OR we can head straight to Fantastyland to tackle all the rides there and watch the parade on our MK day!

IMG_1118.jpg

I just figure that there won't be a huge amount of crowds in the park, especially during the parade, and that night time is a better time to accomplish FL, when all the smaller kids are headed to bed.

Who knows what time we'll end up being done the park, I'm guessing that we won't last until 2 am, especially since we've got to be up EARLY the next morning, and after travelling all day, you're usually tired (which doesn't really make sense, as you usually sleep all day travelling...) I'm gonna say by 12:30 we'll probably head back to CBR for a quick round of showers and sleep!

Main Goals of the Day:
-Get to MCO safe & sound
-Be ahead of schedule if possible
-Immerse self in Magic
-Tiana & Naveen!

That Ariel tshirt is gorgeous!! where did you get it?

Our story begins on the late night of April 21st, we had all worked that night, I headed home to quickly pack up the last couple of things into my carryon, and waited for Tyler to get there, and Tanessa joined us after a quick nap at 4:30 am, we had a friend picking us up to take us to the airport (you may remember Sylvia, from Dec? She was nice enough to take us out there! Yay! Thanks Sylvia!) We headed in quickly, were there by 5, and ready to check in.

Everything went smoothly, we grabbed some greasy breakfast and were soon on our way! The flight was uneventful, full of sleeping and reading, and soon enough we were stopped in Dallas Fort Worth, where we had 3 hours to kill! (Although, when it comes down to it, after deplaning, and boarding, and finding the gate, it wasn’t that bad) We stopped for lunch at Papasitos Cantina for some Mexican grub along the way!

IMG_2678-1.jpg

IMG_2679-1.jpg

They had great food, and great magaritas! Tyler had tamales, which he said were delcious, Tanessa had a chicken burrito, and I had the chicken and beef fajitas, SO MUCH FOOD! The portion sizes were HUGE, seriously, too much to handle! And the margarita; made with patron (and not pricey either!) Overall, great lunch! If there’s one thing that Disney has taught me, it’s to look up in places (and check out all that tequila!)

IMG_1006-1.jpg

We meandered our way through the airport just waiting and wanting to be in Orlando already! Heat, humidity, and most importantly DISNEY! I did find something that made me chuckle on the way!

IMG_1007-1.jpg

Yup, Lord of the Rings Pez Despensers…BAHAHA

Before we knew it, we were landed in ORLANDO! Aahhh that amazing feeling as soon as you walk off the plane and you feel the humidity and it just feels amazing! The magic filled the air right away as we quickly found our luggage, and correctly headed to the Magic Express area (that’s right! I didn’t get lost this time! YAY!) There was barely anybody on the Magical Express when we got there, so we managed to get front row seats, score! I’ve always wanted to sit in the front, the ride is so exciting, everyone wants to be there, everyone’s happy and excited and just can’t wait!

IMG_2680-1.jpg

IMG_2681-1.jpg

Oh the adrenaline! And the welcome video, now that is something that really gets the magic going. The commercial at the beginning is much more heart string-pulling, but the whole video itself is just entertaining!

IMG_2682-1.jpg

And now, the real reason, of course, that I wanted to sit in the front, to get a picture of the sign! Iiieeeee! So much awesome!! *sigh* if only I could be seeing that sight right now, life would be made!

IMG_2684-1.jpg

The bus driver managed to have it timed perfectly that as soon as we were pulling up into Caribbean Beach Resort, the video was done, and we were about halfway through the Donald cartoon. Yay!! Our new home for the week, we couldn’t really see much, as it was getting on the dark side, but that’s ok, any home is a home at Disney, right?! I had the other two grab my bag while I jumped inside to check in ahead of the rush. Everything was set to go, and I was soon to find out that my online check in requests had been honored! We were close to transportation, and close to the main building (although at this point, on the map, we didn’t really think we were…but, more on that to come!) The cm was nice enough to get us our birthday buttons, and Tanessa’s first trip button, and draw us a little diagram of how to get to our room from the check in building.

Our room was 1340, directly across the street from the check in, and right behind the Barbados bus stop, which was fantastic! After finding the right staircase, we were quickly up and into our room, and pleased to find, it was a corner room! Lots of sunshine, and a little extra space!

IMG_2687-1.jpg

IMG_2688-1.jpg

IMG_2689-1.jpg

Tyler was amazed about how nice it was, especially comparable to Pop Century, where we had stayed last time. It’s definitely a nice step up, especially having the fridge, but after I have stayed deluxe, it isn’t the greatest thing in the world, but hey, still awesome! And hey, still at Disney, and there’s still towel crafts everywhere you go!

IMG_2690-1.jpg

The three of us were just ready and raring to go at this point, and quickly changed, threw the stuff we needed into a park bag, and made the hop skip and the jump over to the bus stop.

IMG_2691-1.jpg

IMG_2692-1.jpg

Since it was Sunday, we knew the Magic Kingdom would be open until 2am with EMH that evening, and hey, what better way than to jump right into the magic, am I right?! Another nice thing was that we were the last stop on the busses route on their way out, so we were quickly out of our resort and on our way over. We did have to make a quick stop to buy tickets for Tanessa & Tyler on the way inside, and figured that we should probably stop in and say hi to the mouse, let him know that we were here! Finally! And hey, we were excited to see him.

IMG_2693-1.jpg

IMG_2695-1.jpg

IMG_2694-1.jpg

It was super nice of the people in front of us to offer to take a picture after seeing us attempting to get everyone into one frame! (but hey, I think I do pretty good, don’t I?! Haha!!) It wasn’t long of a wait to see Mickey (is it ever?) so we were in pretty quickly, and there was love all around!

They were nice enough to pose for our pictures (and Tyler was nice enough to not clock Minnie in the back of the head again! Hhaha….he did it by complete accident in Sept, and was worried that Minnie would remember it! Haha)

Photo0011FourBySix-1.jpg

Photo0013FourBySix-1.jpg

If she did remember it, Tyler was clearly forgiven of all accidents!

Now that we were *officially* checked into Disney World, we figured we would kind of just wander, it was one of those nights that we were allowed to, and hey, the park was open SUPER LATE! So we had all the time in the world!! We headed down Main Street and took in the classic sights!

IMG_2696-1.jpg

IMG_2698-1.jpg

IMG_2699-1.jpg

We turned in towards Tomorrowland, partially to check the wait time for Space Mountain, and to start on that side of the park. The wait time was too long for anyone to want to wait at this point, as we were getting hungry! The portions may have been HUGE back in Texas, but it had really been a LONG day, and we were very conveniently, right beside Cosmic Rays. I suggested eating there, as they have lots of different options, and it was pretty delicious, if you ask me. It was nice that Wishes was going on as we were eating, not too many people were in the restaurant

Tyler got some kind of burger & fries,

IMG_2700-1.jpg

Tanessa got the hot dog,

IMG_2702-1.jpg

and I got my every loving Turkey Sandwich!

IMG_2701-1.jpg

We all really liked our meals! For our first Disney food, it was a success! Cosmic Rays is usually the place I make some “fancy sauce” for my fries (for anyone who loves Step Brothers, you get it, for everyone else, it’s just ketchup & mayo mixed together.) It has to be a specific type of mayo though, or it’s just weird (miracle whip just won’t cut it! Hahaha) I also really enjoy the condiments bar they have here, I added a bunch of the mushrooms & pickles to the side of my plate to munch on as well. This I a meal that I really need to remember that I don’t need the side, the sandwich itself is already enough food! However this place will never be negative for me, it’s all amazing, delicious, fresh, great food! We all loved the meals, and would recommend it! (and in fact, Tanessa asked on a later day if we could go back there for more, although we ended up eating elsewhere!)

Yay! you started! I think we may have to give Cosmic Ray's a chance one of these days.

I'm glad that you stopped in to let Mickey know that you'd arrived :rotfl2:

Looks like you guys were having a great time.

I'm interested to hear if you guys ever had a hard time getting a seat on the bus since you were the last stop. We usually got on at Port Royal.

Looking forward to more!

Haha! Yup! The photopass arrived today, and I ended up not working tonight, so I had lots of time to work on stuff :surfweb:

Haha! It's become a first stop (as long as we get there in the evening haha) It was a great way to start the trip off.

We didn't really ever have problems, there were usually seats, sometimes the bus picked us up and then left (our first couple of days) and sometimes we were in the middle, it was weird.

I always make Fancy sauce in Disney! And I call it Fancy sauce for that reason too!

I know what you are talking about with that feeling you get when you arrive in Orlando airport. I recently went on a cruise and had a layover in Orlando airport. It was so weird to be in there and not going to Disney World. I was excited to be on vacation but sad to not be going to Disney. I was emotionally confused. lol

Hahaha, when I read about your portions in Dallas, I couldn't stop laughing. I mean it's Texas right? Everything there is go big or go home! :lmao: Whenever I visit my cousin in Dallas, I can't believe how much food we eat.

I love the room at Caribbean Beach. And I love how you guys hit the ground running, I mean what other way to do it? :goodvibes And good thing Tyler didn't hit Minnie in the head again.

Yay!! I honestly think Disney's the only place I make it!! Haha! That would throw me off so much, it's just such an awesome feeling, the humidity hits, the warmth hits, everything's amazing. GAH!

Hahaha, when I read about your portions in Dallas, I couldn't stop laughing. I mean it's Texas right? Everything there is go big or go home! :lmao: Whenever I visit my cousin in Dallas, I can't believe how much food we eat.

Hhaha! Pretty much! We were all "well, we are in Texas...." CBR was a great place for us, the only downside I would say there was about it was that Old Port Royale was only open til 11 (where as the gift shop in Pop was open til midnight) it was just nice to know you could get home after the parks, and still grab a snack & pick up parcels, where we couldn't do that at CBR.

I love getting right in there when we arrive, but really only on the Sunday, EMH hour nights, all my other trips I'll just be doing DTD on arrival day, both are awesome though!!

We finished our dinner while Wishes played in the background (and honestly, I made myself not watch it, I wanted to save it for later in the week when we could REALLY watch and appreciate it! You guys know what you mean, I definitely kept telling Tanessa to look away! She had to love it later! Hhaha! Once we were all done, we headed back into Tomorrowland, but found Space Mountain at a 25 minute wait, figuring we would find a lower wait time on our MK day, we skipped it. Maybe Fantasyland won’t be so crowded now that the little ones are all heading home? Well, as we rounded the bend, we noticed the break in the walls that lead down to Storybook Cirus! IIIIEEEEEEEE!!!!!! I nearly skipped down the way, even if we were just checking it out, I had to see it in person, right?!

IMG_2703-1.jpg

IMG_2706-1.jpg

The new Dumbo (or at least added lights & water!) look so awesome at night. And well, we had one thing right, there weren’t many long lines down here now that fireworks were over, so what else were we to do when the Barnstormer had a walk on line, well, walk on it of course! Let me tell you one thing, that rollercoaster is definitely designed for small children, it’s a tight fit when you both have hips! Hahaha! Verdict: a big thumbs up! Honestly, it could give BTMRR a run for it’s money (this is just my opinion, if it had a little more length, it could! I just feel that BT isn’t very “wild”)

As we pulled back into the station, we were all “can we go again?!” but didn’t bother to ask the cm as there was a small line up, so we figured we’d be done with Storybook Circus. I did however, try to convince them to go on Dumbo, it’d be so pretty at night!! However the line there was bigger, so we skipped out on it! Our journey through Fantasyland continued past our favorite little critter with a rumbly in his tumbly, where we stopped into his house to say hello (and Tanessa get’s photobombed!)

IMG_2708-1.jpg

IMG_2709-1.jpg

Buuut then we looked at the line, and figured we had more important things to do right now! We had a mountain to conquer, and once it’s after 10pm, there’s clearly going to be one without a line, and we were right!! We jumped right onto Splash, and managed to ride it twice in a row without even getting out of our logs! HECK YES!

IMG_2710-1.jpg

We attempted a “Charlie’s Angels” thing for the picture, but it kinda failed. Another interesting thing, while on the ride a second time, we got stop right before the second drop in the dark, and there were warnings about staying seated, and then the lights came on! Oh no! I was seriously worried we were going to be stuck for a while, but soon enough the lights were off and we were on our way to the laughing place! It was also really cool to see the nighttime parade finishing up it’s route as we went down the drop!

It was about this time that Tyler had reached his limit, and was in need for a smoke, so we pulled out a map and found the nearest one, which also happened to be right by Pirates, so Tanny & I figured we’d ride than rather than waiting in gross smoky air! Eww. Haha. Oh pirates, I love it so much, but the ride definitely finished, and both of us went “….that was short…” as apparently we’ve been spoiled by the DLR version, and both expected it to be way darker & longer. Oh well, we were still devils, black sheep & really bad eggs, so it was all good, right?

We picked up Tyler at the ride exit, and made our way through the rest of Adventureland, there was some stuff we wanted to do, but figured we could wait for another day when it was light, and it was getting LATE! The bathroom was conviently located right before our next stop, so we stopped there and took a look at the sidewalk “painters” than were chillin out around there.

IMG_2711-1.jpg

IMG_2712-1.jpg

It was super awesome the way they’d ask a kid who was around what they thought was missing from the drawing, and then get the kids to finish off the drawing! Totally cool! Once everyone was collected we exited back out to Adventureland, where we saw something that was completely empty and ready for us to explore, the tree house! Haha, I know what you’re thinking, really?? Well, what better of a place to be a kid, right? And what better of a time, any time during the day it would be packed with kids & slow moving parents trying to catch up with them.

IMG_2713-1.jpg

Overall, really glad we did this when no one else was around, it wouldn’t be worth a wait for us big kids haha! I did enjoy the view from the top, and I definitely remember LOVING the one in DLR, but again, I was a mere 7 at that point, so that might’ve had something to do with it.

Now, we had done a full loop of the park, and had been traveling all day, and it had been a long one. With extra magic hours to get to the next morning, we figured we should probably start heading out of Magic Kingdom. Our goal of the night, to immerse ourselves in the magic, check! We did of course stop for some snacks in the confectionary, and I found my new favorite hat, look at me! I’m a chef!

IMG_2715-1.jpg

Oh wait…I forgot…this is what a chef looks like…

IMG_2716-1.jpg

(In case I didn’t include it, or you forgot it, Tyler actually IS a chef…so clearly he shows me how it’s done…) Tanessa got a diet coke & rice krispy treat while we were playing around, and that was the end of Magic Kingdom for us tonight!

IMG_2717-1.jpg

Such a gorgeous sight! I absolutely love it, not to mention, I love how awesome & friendly everyone is, I was going to just take a picture of that, but some cm’s around made sure that we all got in and got a pic!

IMG_2718-1.jpg

Yay! Ugh, that reflective jacket, great for running, HORRIBLE when a camera flash is involved *le sigh* Also, my hair…I had planned on it looking super awesomely cute all day, but it definitely needed touch ups, which I couldn’t do, so by the end of the day, it was time for a shower & shampoo!

Before showering times for all of us though, we experienced a very quick bus ride back to CBR, pretty un eventful, and after dropping our bags in the room, decided to adventure the resort! As stated, we were in Barbados, could see the bus stop from our room, and once we went exploring, discovered the beach was less than 3 minutes away, and you know what the beach means, HAMMOCKS!

(I was looking up) I have a thing for beaches, so much love. I went to & worked at camp for years, and this was always the place to go to get away, to escape your thoughts, or to think about stuff that’s bothering you, hence why I have such a strong pull to beaches. Also why I love the Poly so much, a MK view with that beach, true love.

On our way back from the beach, we discovered the pool!

In case you are wondering, yes, those are ducks

Wait..ducks?!? I’m not sure how I feel about swimming with ducks!

Haha! It would be pretty adorable though, but I am kinda scared of birds, and ducks are birds, so that could potentially be horrible haha. After discoving our beach, pool and new friends, we headed back to the room, showered, and crashed into bed, we’ve got a full day ahead of us tomorrow!!

Oh the Barnstormer. It's now Maddie's favorite ride at MK. We went on that ride so many times! DH is 6'2", and he also mentioned that the seats are child sized. Since I'm 4'11", I didn't notice :rotfl: It's a cute ride, but so short!

You guys got a lot done during EMH! We were unpacking and going to bed at the time. :lmao:

Pretty, pretty CBR. I miss it already. We'll definitely stay there again. Loved it!
