What does the contract number look like?

We are waiting for Disney to load us into the system and from what I read we will need the contract number, SS #, former owner's name and maybe something else when we call.

So, I have 2 contract numbers on my communications with TSS. One has letters in it and I think this is the contract with them. The other one is a 5 digit number with a .000 at the end. Is this the one I need when I call? I know I sound dumb but this is a first time for us. Thanks!

Were they nice when you called? I am trying to be patient and said I would not call until the 7th which will be 2 weeks since our deed was recorded. I don't know if I can make it I know, I am crazy

Yes, the lady I talked to was nice, but told me that it would be two weeks from when the title company sent the papers to DVC, not from when the deed was recorded (which was 4/19). I am still waiting to hear from the title company to find out when the sent the docs over.

I will call again on Monday.
