Board will not retain my log in

Every time I leave and come back to the boards, I have to re-enter my login and password, even though I have asked it to save my information.

I had to delete all of my DISboard cookies and have been okay since then. You might try that.

I am having the same issue. Every 15 minutes or so it logs me out and I have to log back in. I will try deleting the cookies.

me too. It's annoying. Anyone getting email notifications today. Mine have stopped completely now.

I am having the same problem, it keeps logging me out after a short time or if I close out. I have it set to remember me but it doesn't want to... I will try clearing my cookies to see if that helps

OK..cleared my cookies, and tried going onto the boards and had to sign in, which I expected. I closed out, closed out of my browser, then reopened it and came onto the boards.... and...... I did not have to sign back in! so as of now, the clearing of the cookies worked...thanks for that tip

Same here. No problems on my iPad but I don't stay logged in on my laptop using google chrome.

Beyond clearing cookings, which isn't the issue on my end what's going on that logins aren't remaining??

I keep having to log back in and I am not getting email notifications. I am hoping this is an issue that will be fixed once the upgrade is complete. I hate having to constantly log back in and not getting my email notifications.

I think I have become a disboard junkie!

I just tried to log in, had it revert to the log in page a couple of times and I was getting nowhere, went to look at the forum home page to try and log in from there to see if that helped only to see that apparently I *was* now logged in - as the User "Cindermomma"

I tried logging in again and have Disneymad showing now - be interesting to see if it works...

Edit: Phew, the real me. Bit of a worry that I was logged in as someone else though!

I'm having the same problem. I'd love to try the "clear the cookies" thing except for one problem-I have no idea what that means or how to do it. Can anyone please tell me in VERY basic terms?

I was having the same issue. Didn't even think of the cookies until I read this thread.

Happy to report I cleared the dis cookie and was able to get my login to stick again.

We have this issue every time we move. It's always the cookies. Some users have more issues than others getting them cleared but it's always ended up being the answer
