Reserving 30 days out... for June?

Okay we are thinking of making a last minute trip to look at DVCs and of course because I miss Disney so much! We were thinking of May 27 - June, June 11-18, or Mid July. We would prefer the sooner the better due to crowds, heat and DD turning 3 mid June. The problem is we may not know if we can go until around May 1 so most likely end of May is out. I know SSR was open for June and that it was the only one available. Will I have trouble do you think of reserving a studio at SSR for June? Our dates are flexible for June 10-27 and we would like to stay 6-7 days. A would prefer to do a split stay but SSR was the only resort available or will there be more inventory 30 days out because of people canceling?

If people cancel 30 days out, their points go into Holding. So if they are going to cancel, most will cancel 31 days out or more.
