Hi

What are the ways to get to the Florida Mall? From Disney

Also is that the one with the M&M store?

Many thanks

You can get a cab or rent a car. A cab would probably be your best idea.
I just checked the directory for the mall...nothing listed. But I did google M&M stores in Florida. They show one across the street from the Florida Mall.

Another option; take the Lynx bus. Busstop is right outside of DTD and at the TTC (but does add about 30 minutes when using that stop). If I'm not mistaken it's the 111. No transfer needed, adult price of $2,- each way. The bus stops right outside the parking area of the Florida Mall. And yes indeed; there is an M&M shop inside the FM. It's pretty central, can not miss it. If you haven't done so already; go to the homepage of FM and you'll find a list of all of the stores. Depending on the stores you want to visit and what you're planning on with the M&M shop, you might want to hit the guest services of FM first located in the center of the mall. When asking, they'll give you a booklet of all kinds of coupons for many of the stores. Up until at least last december there were coupons in there for the M&M store. Don't remember the littlest details but can remember something about an amount off when buying for a minimum set amount.

I regularly use Lynx while down at WDW, amongst others to the FM. Might be a tad bit biast seeing how we don't have accessible public transport in our neck of the wood ;) but have to say I love them, esp. when staying at SSR.

If you visit golynx.com you can find any and all info you might want to know beforehand. Incl. schedules you can print and a planning tool (which includes directions on how to walk if going anywhere where the stop isn't right in front of your destination).

Seeing how you're from England and know we Europeans tend to do longer trips and more than "just" WDW and/or Universal it might also be worth looking into the tickets you can buy beforehand for a week etc. Saves even more if you plan on using the busses quite a few times. ;-)

As far as FM goes; just follow the leader. There always tends to be multiple WDWguests going to and from, or at least when I hop onto the Lynx they always are.

And if you want to hit Idrive and/or the outlets and find the connection of Lynx not fitting your needs the best; look into the I-ride trolley. Again very cheap and with official stops almost at any corner. Lynx has lots of stops but I-ride even a lot more and is a better option when wanting to hit the drive.

(also searching the english part of the DIS will result in quite a few hits of fellow Brits having done all these options)

I guess I'm confused because when I went to the Florida Mall's official site, they had no listing for M&M. I googled M&M though and found it to be right across the street. Wonder why that is??? Curious.

The M&M store is definitely INSIDE the mall, just across from Macy's.

Well then...looks like I need to work on my search abilities. My search showed a whole different store, not even in the same space.
Color me stupid!!!!
