Hoop-Dee-Doo refurb/discontinue?

I tried to make reservations for the HDDMR for early Oct but the CM told me that it is not available after Sept30th and didn't know what the furure held for it. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

It's scheduled for refurb but the dates have been in flux. It ain't going anywhere.

There is a proposed construction project in the planning stages for the area. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
