TTS and Magic Title are amazing!

We just purchased our first contract through TTS. The sellers got their paperwork in yesterday and I received an email today that the deed has been recorded. I can not believe how quick they work!
Now the waiting game for DVC to load it all in...

Now the waiting game for DVC to load it all in...

It seems to be taking Disney 5-7 days to load the contracts. At last that was my experience over the past two weeks.

Will do... Once they had our paperwork and funds, they emailed the seller and told them that are waiting on them.. Their paperwork was in 3 days later.. Maybe email your rep and ask them if they can email them to help them along?

I agree - the TSS and Magic Title are great and fast! We just closed last week and I'm wtg Disney for the member #.

We received notice from TTS on March 21 and then received the first email from *** on March 26 early AM.

TTS is the The Timeshare Store (board sponsors). We just passed ROFR with them yesterday and so far they (and Magic Title) have been WONDERFUL!

Thank you WsPrincess! Feeling kind of silly now - thought I had read in a previous post that their acronym on the boards was TSS, saw the TTS and again, got confused.
CONGRATS on passing ROFR!! (I have figured out what that means, lol!)
