WooHoo!! We just closed today on our Saratoga Springs contract!!! Im not sure how long it will take Disney to get us into our system. Can anyone give me an idea as to how long and when we can book our trip?

Took us 13 days. It could be faster for you IF you can get Dvc to give you your member number over the phone. I got into their system today and made my res.

Congratulations! I believe about 10 days and then you could call member services and they can tell you if you are in the systen yet.

My wife just mentioned to me an email from the title company that said that we would be in within 72 hrs.? does that sound accurate? I was thinking it would be around the timeline posted in the replies. I would be very excited if it only took that long!

I believe the title company gives the two week timeframe since, for some contracts, that is how long it will take.

Our most recent contract was sent to Disney last Monday and the points were in on Sunday, so seven days.

Give it three business days and start calling Member Administration. It may take a week or so, but maybe you'll get lucky! Congrats and Welcome Home.

We closed last week on 3/19 and when I called DVC administration today they didn't have the transfer paperwork in the system yet. I was told that it can take up to 2 weeks. I am going to call again on Friday.

Sadly...I am. We are going to the actual Saratoga Springs in NY this weekend and were hoping to get the trip all set as to convince my parents into a bit of house sitting. We'll actually be in the real Congress Park on Saturday. It would be interesting to compare.

Not at all. We bought 160pts at Saratoga Springs. 108 2011 banked points and 160 for our Aug UY. We paid $52.50/pt and paid closing and 2012 MF.
Does anyone have a number for Memeber Administration? I looked in the DVC Resource center and could only find contact info for Member Services. Thanks again to all for your Welcome Homes and info.
Best part of this whole thing is that our kids have no idea and our 12 yr old who knows Disney inside and out, reads these boards, but has no idea. They will be beside themselves happy when we do tell them.
