So I headed over to youtube to try and find a video on Peter Pan from Disneyland Paris but there isn't a good one. I wanted to see how much better this one is than WDW. Guess i'll just have to make my way to Paris and check it out for myself!

My DH and I haven't EVER been on Dumbo either! With the hundreds of times we've been to Disneyland and the two times to WDW. I think it's because it's always busy and i'm worried that two adults won't be able to fit in one dumbo and don't want to get the evil stares if we have to take two.

It is tough to get a good photo/video on Peter Pan, we tried to film it too, but it was just too dark

You have just as much right to your own elephant as everyone else so don't you worry Two adults can fit in Dumbo easy, but it is cooler having your own one too

Love the character pics and the parade looks awesome!

The dinner looks delish and you are right in that Tigger was very animated that evening!

Sorry that I have been AWOL yet again, things are super hectic right now, we just moved offices and yesterday was soooooooo tiring, but at least it prepares me for when we move. Which could be very soon as we have just put an offer in on a house and are eagerly awaiting to hear back as to whether its a yay or nay

Please do bear with me, I really do want to blitz out the rest of Paris so we can get on to the Cruise and I have a little bit of awesome news to share as well.

Stefy, I'm sorry that I have fallen so far behind on your TR. With trying to do my own TR for our girls trip in January (in case you hadn't heard...I got my picture taken with your favorite -- Stitch)...and I'm only on the first part of Day 2, our youngest son got engaged almost two weeks ago and my bosses wife is ill, things have been crazy around here.

I do love all of your pictures from Disney Paris...so pretty and I enjoy seeing them since I'll never see it in person.

Hi Everyone

How are we all doing? Good weekends?

Ours has been good so far. We went to the Ideal Home Exhibition yesterday and spent a small fortune, but it was lots of fun and I'm glad we did it. Has given us some ideas of what we would like when we come to refurbishing a house of our own.

So I have some good news and some bad. I'll start with the bad first. We didn't get that house, which was a bummer as I was very disappointed, Dave too as that house was perfect for us However, I choose to believe that it wasn't meant to be and the right house is out there waiting for us


Now a bit of good news, we have booked our next Disney trip which is a 7 night concierge Eastern Caribbean Cruise on the Fantasy next year!!! : We are hoping to get two nights in beforehand so we can go to MK at least as we won't be combining a land and sea.

We are very excited to be cruising again and for longer too We won't be visiting WDW this year what with moving out and saving up etc But we do have our Lake Garda trip coming up and I figure decorating my own home will be fun enough

So that's our news, now back to this TR

Tuesday January 24th
Today was our Studios day and I was excited to explore the park properly this time and see what the new Toy Story Playland was like.

We got up and dressed and made our way down to breakfast where we bumped into..

Duffy! How cute does he look in his little French outfit.

I'm telling him how soft he is here

We headed into breakfast and loaded up on some sugary treats.

On the way out who should we bump into but the Big Cheese himself and his best bud.

Then we were off for short walk to the Studios.

Our first ride of the day was Crush's Coaster. There was a short wait, but before long we were loading into our shell. This ride is so awesome! Its your classic pinball type rollercoaster and you get a different experience depending on whether you start off backwards or facing front. I like backwards, but Dave seems to like forward better.

Hearts a pumping, we set off for our next ride.

The army men parachute ride. We figured this would get Dave prepared for Tower of Terror, as this is a very veerrrry tame version of a drop straight down. I think he liked it, which was a good sign for me

After our parachute ride we headed towards RC Racer which was practically walk on, albeit a loooooooong long walk on! Again this ride was pretty cool, RC goes pretty fast and pretty high.

Our next stop was...

Stitch Live! Loved this, you get to sit down and interact with Stitch who takes you on a ride through space, causing trouble along the way. Is very funny and cute too

After Stitch we walked over to Lights Moteurs Action! to grab a seat for the first showing of the day.

Then who should appear but...

Lightening McQueen!

Was a cute little skit, with a similar villain car that he had to find. Not sure why we didn't get a picture of him

Not a bad show, although my butt was going numb after a while Have never seen the WDW version, but this is the second time I have seen the Paris one and from what I remember not much has changed, apart from Lightening being added.

After the show we were feeling peckish for lunch so we made our way over to the Village for a Maccy D's, which we bought back to the room (Sorry no food porn, but am guessing McD's is pretty much the same everywhere you go).

We did not go back to the Studios after lunch, I think we were going to try and book in a tour and decided that now would be better and we could do the parade the next day. Also I think Dave was trying to keep me away from ToT as he was still unsure about it

The tour wasn't on for that day which was a bummer and we had missed the parade, so we decided to stay in the park and go on some rides.

First up was Pinocchio, then Peter Pan, finishing off with Pirates. We called it a day after that and went back to the room to chill. I think we watched some episodes of Supernatural before calling it a night.

We always try to spend as much time in Disney as we can what with the 9hr flight. But another part of us would love to be able to make small multiple trips throughout the year

Love the Eastern Caribbean cruise you have planned .... even though I DID have a slight idea of that!
I will try to post about our Eastern when we get off the ship in August next year!

Guess what, I have done the unthinkable and actually made plans for our Paris trip. Guess who's to "blame"? Definitely you!!!!! You got me all in the mood and we will definitely go for an EMH (having an AP Dream lets you enjoy them too) one day!So, thanks for all the photos!
