I've always thought the fire part of Catastrophe Canyon is a little more scary than the water, myself.

I haven't been to DHS for a full day in years...We need to dedicate more time to it.

I always dedicate at least one day to each park. Only way I can get to see everything I want in the park.

DHS was fun. There's just to much to do in all the parks and I'm fast learning you definately need more than one day in each park... maybe not animal kingdom because we don't do alot of the rides there but definately the others.

She shocked me with that because she had been refusing to queue for any others. I can't even explain where they were because we found them totally accidentally. Looking at the map I think it was near the High Octane Refreshments place we were going from Backlot tour to Muppets so it was around that area.

So was wandering around Dublin the other day between college and dancing and noticed a certain Mouse was in the Disney store window all decked out for St. Patrick's day:

Day 6, part 4:

When I left you we were hanging out with some Muppets.
We came out of Muppet Vision and found some more new friends we had never met before. Again Momma shocked me wanting to get into the pic and not only that she renewed her lipstick while waiting in line to meet these guys
It was Lightning:

Those Phineas and Ferb guys were greeting nearly beside Mater and Mc Queen. They had gone off for a break but were just about to come back and their line was really really long plus I don’t get the fuss so I just waited to the side and snapped these when they came out:

We then went off to have a look in the Muppet shop and I of course took pictures :

We then headed back towards Hollywood Boulevard to decide what to do next. Pics along the way:

Once we got back to the hat we decided we had time to do one more show before the new Parade so we went along to one of our favourites Voyage of the Little Mermaid. I must have gone looking for pressed pennies while we were waiting in line because I have a pic from the shop beside the show:

They eventually let everyone into the wait area and I finished off my heavenly cupcake using a piece of card board as a spoon since we had forgotten to take some form of plastic spoon or fork! I also took pics in the wait area:

Moving on to the show. I love Ariel and Max. I did have a picture of Max but dunno where it’s gone:

Thanks. Yup the first three after Kermit were taken in the store just as you walk in and then the t-shirt obv. The others were outside it.

I love the way they decorate the store windows up there. I was hoping since they had Rapunzal in the window in January that they were going to change it every month to suit whatever the princess of the month was but nope Rapunzal is still there!

I kow was a little surprised because she hadn't wanted to get in the photos up til this day. She started messing in the McQueen pic though because they took one of us alone and then together and she was doing the whole fingers behind my head trick! I was like stop messing and smile

I don't ever see them on telly over here so don't really get the hype. I did watch them on the plane coming home though but thought I should take a picture of them while we were beside them. It would be rude not to like

Yeah they had a new parade last year compared to 2010. I liked the parade in 2010 because the CM gave me one of the Block Party Bash balls to keep

Life update:
Life is super crazy busy right now (except today.. today was meant to be busy but it didn't happen )

College stuff... we had our assignments. We had many days cancelled rescheduled cancelled again. I've no idea when I'm in and when i'm not at this stage. I know I'm in on wednesday but after that no idea
Still working on the tv documentary but solo pretty. Can't use the good quality camera because nobody from my class will spare the time to come to my home town (An hours drive away from where they are) in order to help out so I used my home video camera to film rehearsals the other night because I can't do sound and film myself. I have called in the help of a few good friends though to help the the next three weeks so hopefully will get good interviews next weekend and then the rest will be cut aways. We have television and radio work experience on the week before and week of the show though so those two weeks are going to be EXTREMELY busy.
Then when all that's over I need to record my radio documentary which I haven't even thought about arranging yet and we've started tutorials for all this stuff as well. So busy busy.

In better news the place I work are after coming up with this idea that we have to give them all our holiday dates in March for the entire year. eh I don't know. I booked off two weeks in Oct/Nov but now I'm thinking in order to save money this year might not go to Florida I know it doesn't bear thinking about but I might try go to Paris instead and then there's the musical society awards in June along with a heap of Westlife concerts (see last years pre trip report for details on who they are) and then there's a dance camp in July I'm thinking about as well. I really don't know though and it's kind of hard to give them definate dates in March like.

Oh and along with all the busy it's my birthday in 9 days (just saying if you want to send me one of those cupcakes you need to get it in the post soon ) I've decided I don't like the number 27 though so I'm going to try 25 again

Oh and nearly forgot the most important thing I need all yer advice and wonderful ideas on... If I do go to the musical society awards (have to check if it's doable in work) the theme for the Friday nights fancy dress is Musical Super Heroes... Any ideas what I could dress up as for that?

We're nearly there with college but just the whole getting the tv doc done is stressing me because my class won't help me so I have to find other people and then they're sick or busy and like this is for my masters and the rehearsals and show can only be put on once it's not like I can stage them whenever it suits someone to help. I have to try stay calm about it all though because if I don't i start getting panicked and anxiety pains I'll get it done though I have good friends that will help it'll just be a tight squeeze time wise and that.

Well, Disney now owns Marvel....tons to choose from there.

I get a bit over excited with a camera in hand like walk walk snap walk walk snap and then when I get them home I spot things in the pictures I didn't spot when I was infront of them (ie the Gonzo on the clock) so I zoom and crop the pic when editing. I was shocked in a good way when Momma said she was joining for the pics she didn't normally do that.

Christmas in the parks and resorts was so pretty. Love it. Still think i prefere the halloween party but the decorations are amazing.



In other news Today was a very very odd day. It was extremely sunny and warm as in same temp that Florida was last December or near enough and it was nice and my mood was doing it's best to stay up with the good weather but just negative rubbish kept happening to bring it down and then I got annoyed/upset at things and bored with my avoidance of study/sleep and this was the result Clickie for those that don't know. Westlife is a band from Ireland that I love and long story short they're about to break up but I don't believe that for a second I think they're taking an extended break. The blog is about last years concert though

Day 6, part 5:
So we had just left VOTLM and were heading out to a street that was already filling up for the parade. Some pics along the way just to remind us where we were:

Or I thought they looked cool whichever. I found a spot just at the corner of those white lines the CM's put down before the parade that you dare not cross for fear of being decapitated.. ok so maybe not that extreme but there are a few CM's who get very protective of those white lines and if your toe so much as crosses it they're at you going stand back stand back can't stand there. Calm down there love like there's no parade yet! Anyways that was just a side ranting observation (life's stressing me I'm in a ranty mood whatever.)
Balloons:

In 2010 when we were there the parade was Block Party Bash but there was a new one last year called Pixar Pals Countdown to fun! Some of the floats are the same as the Block Party Bash but there's more new characters like Remy and Doug, Carl and Russell. I kinda wish they were out for meet and greets as well. Anyway pics:

After the parade we waited all of 5 seconds before making a dash under the big Hollywood arch. I paused for a few seconds because I'd never noticed the detail on it before. (Yes I do walk around with my eyes closed in Disney)

Then Momma found a bench and I ran in to Animation building to try get ahead of crowds. Can you guess why? Here's a clue:
