Blue Sky Concept?

I hear this term quite often lately but I am unfamiliar with it and internet searches bring up multiple options. Can anyone enlighten me as to what this blue sky concept is?

Aaron probably has a better definition...he recorded a podcast about it a few weeks back...not sure when it will be released.

Basically... Blue Sky (in Disney Terms) is the concept phase for an attraction... park... movie... etc.

The generally idea of Blue Sky is, if you could do whatever you wanted, what would it be. Ignore budget constraints. Ignore the laws of physics.
Blue Sky is where you say, see what you can imagine - we'll worry about the details later.
