You might see Crown Vics,Taurus, Accords, Maximas,Lacrosse, but, you will probably not see an Avalon. Car choices vary by location.

When I went in December, I had only two choices in the premium aisle [actually it was their sister company, National] : Crown Vic[ugh - no thanks] or a Chrysler 300. Now normally I would be thrilled with a Chrysler 300 for the family, but this was a solo trip and I really didn't want to have that big of a car for just myself. So, I very nicely asked the attendant if there were any other choices and she directed me to the Alamo premium car selection. The only nice vehicle there, a Nissan Maxima, a gentleman got to right before me. :guilty: So I went back to her and did the puppy dog eyes, explained I was on a solo 'mama needs time to herself trip' and she went out of her way to find me an Infiniti G37 - red. I loved that car. :cloud9:

Edited to add: Don't assume the premium vehicles will have XM radio anymore. Mine didn't and I discovered it was because Alamo/National are not paying to add the XM radio after the first 10,000 miles of free subscription expire. Your mileage may vary in that regard and I did miss satellite radio, but I wasn't about to give that car up. How spoiled rotten is that?

Crown Vic's eh? Like police cruiser crown Vic's or like the new 2012 model?

The same thing goes for XM or Sirius radio in any of the vehicles that have it, such at the Chrysler Town and Country Van, Sonata, just to name a couple.

You...will probably not see an Avalon.

That's too bad...How come no Avalons at MCO? They should say Crown Vic or similar on the website instead, lol. I was sort of looking forward to the ventilated seats in the Avalon if we keep our premium car reservation.

We have one reservation for a premium and one for a full size...Not yet decided on which reservation to keep and which to cancel. Any recommendations on which might work better for us? We are two adults and a toddler (bringing her carseat with us).

I booked a Premium in Jan for marathon weekend. There was a Buick Lucerne, Ford Taurus, and Chrysler there, we picked the Taurus.

Not sure why there are no Avalons at Alamo, but, keep in mind the car selection you see on the site is the same they use for all locations. You will also notice it says Avalon or similar.
Personally, I would opt for the full size car, it should be more than large enough for your family.
