I missed a couple updates, but I'm all caught up now.

Brrr - for the cold and wet rain. Sorry that happened during your CP. I didn't see CP this past trip, but I will definitely see it the next time I go around Christmas.

I'm laughing at you not buying the socks. I did almost the same thing. I had flip flops and my feet were freezing one morning in Epcot, but I wouldn't buy any socks because they were too expensive. So I made my family do all inside activities until it warmed up.

It was disappointing but we were determined to see it regardless. Plus we're kind of used to rain in Ireland.

I think i would get about 12 pairs of socks over here for the price three were in Mouse Gear. They did have nice tie-dye ones but I was not paying that price. It was alright once I took the wet socks off. Crocs dry really quickly.

I know. I kinda felt sorry for her. She followed me around all day and her feet were sore but she didn't complain. Least they could have done was let her sit for a while when their friends weren't there yet.

I think I'm allergic to the tv studio... that or the musical society. Last time I was in the tv studio in January I got a cold after it. When I did the musicals before the week of the show I always got a bad cold and I'm getting/have got a cold again! Maybe they're all linked Anyways enough talk more update and I'll warn you now get a tissue you may drool alot!

Day 6, Part 1:
Tuesday 29th November 2011

Okie so this morning we got up and got dressed in our tye-dyes I got made for our trip:

The blue and purple one was for Momma and the extremely crazy bright one was for moi, we then got our usual big blue/white bus to Epcot and Disney bus to our next location because this morning we were going to:

We stopped outside first and I went to take pictures of their huge Christmas tree and Momma went off to ring Ireland:

I eventually called Momma over and we got photopass pics and headed towards the entrance with a few more pics along the way:

By 9.30 we were saying good morning to Bo:

and admiring the pretty decorations on Hollywood Boulevard:

I mentioned before about the 20% off vouchers that had to be spent before 12 noon. We had a few of these by now so we took a stroll through the shops to see if we wanted anything or rather if the shops had what I wanted to get with my voucher. We then decided it was breakfast time but we were rather naughty and had an extremely sweet breakfast but it doesn't count when it's Disney food right?

On many trip reports I read about Starring Rolls and how amazing their cupcakes are, so when I spotted it and Momma was asking if it was time to eat I went yeah lets go there. We went in and wowsers so much yummy looking pastries and cakes. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I got two. First because this was technically "breakfast" for me:

Yummy much on to my second in a minute. Momma got:

She said it was too sweet though. But my whole point of going to Starring Rolls was to try one of these raved about cupcakes. Me thinking what's the big deal it's only a muffin with some fancy stuff on the top right? OMG How wrong was I?! I got the marble cupcake:

Doesn't it look pretty with all its little Mickey heads on top. Cut into it and you get:

Chocolate and creamy stuff and chocolate cake and white cake. OMG I THINK I DIED AND WENT TO CUPCAKE HEAVEN. Every mouthful was accompanied with relevant hmmmmm's it was really good but because I had already had the chocolate croissant I couldn't eat the whole thing. No worried the nice people at Starring Rolls gave me a take out box because I wasn't about the leave that little piece of Heaven behind me. So lesson of the day is everyone should make time for a Starring Rolls cupcake in their day at Hollywood Studios.

Anyways wipe the drool away I'm moving on. With my cupcake half in stomach and half in hand we headed off to try something new but got a little distracted along the way because there was a bunch of characters out first so while Momma found a bench with a tree over it to hide under, little me ran off like and excited child. First I met:

Minnie in her pink dress and then:

Donald and Daisy were together. Jackpot on Daisy. I'd never seen gotten a pic with her before and now within six days I'd gotten two pics with her. I did try meet other characters as Chip and Dale, Goofy and Pluto was out but they were heading off before I got over to them. So I went back to Momma and took a pic of the hat:

Rant Alert: Since they moved the High School Musical 2 stage it really bugs me because first they had High School Musical 3 stage in front of hat then Disney Channel rocks and while I have no issues with the show did they have to put them in front of the Hat. It means I can't get a good face on pic of the hat like I can with the big Golf Ball, The tree or Mickey's Castle. <Rant over>

We then headed off again in search of something new to do.

ps: I would really like another one of those cupcakes right now and it's my birthday in like three weeks so if anyone wants to send one over to Ireland you'd be more than welcome to... just saying

Thank you. They got many many comments around the park that day and on a later day I even caused another family to row over it oops. More on that alot later though lol!

That cupcake was really really good! Remember if you're going to Starring Rolls they close at 4pm everyday so even get there early and get them as carry outs in case you don't make it later in the day it is totally worth it! I don't think Reid would make it through one of them by himself if he did he'd be on a sugar high the rest of the day and you may need some sort of harness to contain him so maybe share yours with him or maybe buy two one for you and one for your hubbie and share bits of both with Reid because you might decide yours is to nice to share

I was delighted with pink Minnie and Donald and Daisy were a bonus. I should have tried to get a pic of the others as they were finishing. They were all in their Hollywood outfits I guess. Chip and Dale had fancy orange hats on. Goofy had a blue/green outfit as well. I have seen the main characters out in the area around the hat a few times. I got one of my fave pics in 2008 of a group of the characters in front of the hat:

we didn't stop for pics with them that day though. Think they were all on their way in for a rest

I think Hollywood studios is hit and miss for characters out in the park because I often get that as well. Like every time I tried to see Tigger and Eeyore together in 2010 the CM sent me away because line was closed!

Life update and all that jazz!

I'm still sick but the good news is college is cancelled tomorrow so I can stay in bed to "recover." I felt a cold coming on last weekend and then Sunday when I finished work it was like my body knew I had no college the next day so the cold just blew up and I felt bleh! I've been flusome all week but went to college as we had our TV assessments this week and I didn't want to let any of the teams I was on down then I had my own assessment today but I'm coughing now again as well as sniffling so tomorrow will try sleep all day I got the breaking dawn dvd as well so maybe I might spend some time with my vampire cousins as well (I'm Cullen and they're Cullens therefore we're cousins )

Anyways I also learnt during the week that my sister is not related to me.... ok so she is but she won two one day passes to Disneyland Paris and my first question was cool when are you going can I come with you and the girls and her reply was she's not and doubts she'll use the passes Say what?? If that was me I'd be on a plane the day after the passes arrived In fairness she did have a good reason but FREE DISNEY PASSES like!

Also I have a new challenge for the summer which may result in a shiny tracksuit and a 2013 trip to Florida Challenge is learn to drive. All I say is good luck to the public in my area if i'm behind the wheel

Thanks. I need to locate my rules of the road cd thing I had to learn the stuff for the theory test. I won't go driving until I'm getting top marks everytime I do that but will try start lessons after I finish all the college stuff because right now I need an extra few days in the week with all the college work and stuff. I think Breaking Dawn has been my least favorite of the movies. But, I will admit that I am not the biggest Twilight fan. I did read the books and I liked them. I just never loved them the way most people do. I save that kind of love for Harry Potter. Or the Hunger Games. Have you read that series yet?
