What codes? My 10 day rental at the end of May is still over $400.

Edited: With the Visa code and $30. coupon, still at $373. Maybe the next couple of weeks we'll see something for late May.

Yes, it was the Visa rate. Hopefully later May will drop shortly as this rate drop just happened this morning and I have been checking daily!

Thanks for posting...Just checked and the Alamo rates for my rates for mid/late May also dropped, A LOT.

FYI for anyone checking I used the Costco discounted rate.

I checked this morning and there was no change in my rate, but when i checked again just now, my rate dropped $20....every little bit helps!

So now we have a compact car for 10 days & 3 hrs for $154!! I can't imagine it getting any lower than that.

WOW I just checked my rates for 3/22-4/2. I booked the other day using the visa website codes and got a compact for $166. Today with the same codes that same vihicle is over $300. Glad I booked it when I did.

Our rates for a full size have gone down 3 days in a row for 4/21 to 4/30. We went from $178 to $155 today. I am using entertainment code (visa gives the same) and the $35 coupon AD2359FDF. Thanks OP for the alert. I checked earlier today and it was the same as yesterday, but this afternoon it went down

OK. I just tried it and saved $171.94!!!!. My dates 04/12 noon to 05/01 5PM. I had National Minivan using KM Flying Partners at $836.74. I now have Alamo Minivan at $665.80 same dates and times. I am Insider and will use KIOSK. Not as good as going directly to the aisle, but close.

I used the visa code and the $35 coupon.

OP that's a very good rate, comparable to last years. I hope it'll continue dropping thru end of month.

I did try the visa code but for my dates the KLM code booked thru national is half the price.

Down another $8 today to $146. I'm getting tired of redoing the reservation every day. It cant possibly get any lower.

sweetcanadian.....try running your dates on Expedia.ca. I have a full-size reserved with Budget for one week (August 26th to September 2) which includes unlimited mileage, all taxes and fees, and a free additional driver (spouse) for $142.56.
