Ugggghhhhh! I know I should not be complaining because this is our first snow storm all winter (which is obviously odd for this part of the country), however, I think Mother Nature is making up for the lack of snow all in one storm...I think my DH is going to jump out of the window if he hears me say "I wish we were at Disney right now...." (which we were supposed to be until he got sent on a trip that didn't bring him home until 2 days ago)....I keep looking at the Poly pics for warmth! . Anybody got any good ones today?

I live south of Boston and thank goodness only got a couple inches, this winter has been great commuting to Boston tough in snow. But this weather makes me even more excited to head to Poly on Monday.

Only a few inches?!? lucky! We got 10+ inches (and I'm only about 45 minutes north of Boston). And yesterday, my grass almost looked green. oh well...have a great trip!

Just read that the monorail service interruption will only last through the 17th of this month. That's definitely a relief.

I can't give any concierge info as we have only stayed Garden View (and loved it!!) but I wanted to say hi to a fellow Canadian!! We are close to your neck of the woods! Have fun in August, we will be back at the Poly in Sept!

They don't keep them "stocked" per say but in the evenings they offer a selection of liquor including a punch. They will also get beer for you if you request it. There really isn't a limit but I am sure they would cut you off if you got too out of hand.

Are you referring to the GF villa/crane interruption that was talked about earlier this week? If so, that's good news...where did you read that?

Beer, wine, cordials, and Ku'ulei's punch are included in the cost of your CL stay. The only limit on the drinks is two per person at one time. There is no limit on the number of times you can return. The beer, punch and wine are served during evening service along with the appetizers. Cordials are out for dessert service. If there is still beer, wine, and punch remaining from the evening service, all you need do is ask and the CL attendant will provide. The same goes for afternoons around the pool--find the CL lounge attendant and ask for beer or wine and it shouldn't be a problem.

I was so relieved to read that. My mom uses an ECV so having to take a bus totally defeats the the purposes of staying on the monorail for us.

I would too! You pay a hefty price to stay at the Poly. If things aren't going to be working during your stay it really makes you reconsider.

Hi Tara! I believe the start date is today. No monorail between 11:30 AM and 6 PM, but there will be boat and bus service.

LOL I was askimg anyone, I just happened to say good morning to her - good morning to everyone!!!!!

Ok so it's only between 11:30-6, that should be fine. I want to get over to Epcot on the 1st day of F&G (no idea why, I just want to say I was there at opening on the very first day LOL!!) That's the only real plan I have to use the monorail.

Yes Mousemommy - I leave Sunday to BCV for 2 nts, then over to Poly for 2 more. Short but SWEET!
