Hello there! Welcome to my 4th PTR. I'm so glad that you decided to join me! For those of you who are new to my PTR/TR's, here's a quick intro to my family.

Me- Meghan; 29 years old; Stay at home mom, ballet/lyrical teacher, Disney Vacation Specialist (aka Travel Agent). I absolutely LOVE all of my jobs. I've been dancing since I was 5 years old and I just love sharing my love of dance with all of my students. My dream job has always been to help others plan their Disney vacations and I can't believe it's now a reality (if you want to know what agency I work for, just send me a PM!). I get so excited for all of my clients and I kind of get to live through them. Sharing my Disney knowledge is so much fun! Anyways....this will be my 11th trip to The World and I'm just as excited as ever.

DH-Tony; 28 yeard old; Project Manager. Tony took his first trip to WDW when he was 18 with me and my family. This will be his 6th trip and he's definately a huge Disney fan now. His first trip on property really opened his eyes. He loves to play baseball and is a big sports fan. His favorite ride is definately Rock N Roller Coaster.

DD-Madison, 9 years old. She is a bundle of energy and so much fun to be around. She enjoys Irish dancing, playing the flute, reading her Kindle, playing soccer and playing with her little brother. She is a very smart little girl and she landed a lead role in her school's musical this year. She was also voted class president of the 4th grade! This will be her 5th trip to WDW. She loves Test Track, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain and Soarin'.

DS-Cole, 8 months old. My little guy brings a smile to my face everyday. He is such a happy baby and my little snuggler. This will be his first trip and I am BEYOND excited!!! He will be 15 months old by the time we go on vacation and I get teary eyed just thinking about it.

Our newest addition...my little guy on Valentine's Day

So, you're probably wondering what our plans are. Well, nothing is booked yet, but our dates are September 19-26th (has been changed to Sept 18-25th) at Port Orleans French Quarter. This is a new resort for us and I'm really looking forward to it. I love the look of the resort, the size, one bus stop..it's going to be great! I love doing PTR's so I have someone to share all of my planning (and shopping) with. Feel free to check out my past PTR/TR's...the links are in my signature. I'll be posting about which celebrations we will be celebrating in a later post. Thanks for reading!

PS...I like to post chapter links for easier reading. I'll be posting all of my links in the next post. Also, all updates will be in this big blue writing!

First one here! :woohoo:

So glad you started a PTR. But FOUR DAYS?? I'm missing you by FOUR DAYS?? Ugh. :( It would've been so fun to have a DIS meet with you!

Cole is adorable. :goodvibes

I have to ask you, do you watch Dance Moms? Are these women for real??

AHHH! That is so frustrating!

Thanks! We think he's pretty cute too. :goodvibes

I do watch it, but I don't know why. It's such a train wreck! I don't think that is how those women really behave. I think it's VERY scripted. I have had plenty of strict dance teachers in my life, but none like Abby. Again, I think it's just for the show. At least I hope so!

Hey Meghan, I'm here! Thanks for the heads up!! Excited to follow along and read about all of your plans! :goodvibes

Hi Meghan! :) can't wait to read about all the celebrations! Does Madison know about going back yet?

I decided I should explain my title a little bit. 2012 is definately a year for celebrating in our family. Let's go in chronilogical order:

April-Our 10th wedding anniversary!

May-Tony graduates with his MBA! He technically is already done (finished in December), but he is going to walk across the stage at the ceremony in May. I'm so proud of him! He started his Masters in the fall of 2008 and he just took 2 night classes each semester (he didn't take summer classes).

June-Cole's first birthday and my 30th birthday!

October-Madison's 10th birthday!

Obviously, we'll be celebrating Cole's first trip to WDW while we're there as well. There is just so much to celebrate this year, so of course a trip to WDW is the perfect way to do it! I guess we'll also be celebrating our first stay at a Moderate resort too. The list just keeps getting longer and longer!

For those of you who have read my PTR's in the past, you know about my love of shopping. The wheels are already turning and I can't wait to buy some new clothes for this trip! Shopping for Cole will be a bit tricky because he's always growing. I did already buy him something for our trip...a stroller fan! It only takes 2 AA batteries and it clips right onto the stroller. It will keep him nice and cool. Speaking of strollers, I plan on renting one from an offsite stroller rental place (currently investigating the 3 that I know of). This will be our first time traveling with a child under 3 (Madison was 3 1/2 on her first trip), so it's the first time traveling with diapers!!! I plan on placing an order with Garden Grocer so I don't have to pack diapers and wipes....they take up too much space in the luggage!!!

I hope to be back soon to talk about more plans!

got your message and I'm here!

My fave part of your PTRs is always the shopping for the trip. :thumbsup2 Can't wait to see what you end up buying this time around.

I do have to say that one good thing about packing dipers and wipes for a vacation is that on the way back, you have more room for souvies and other purchases. ;)

I agree...I did that the first couple of times we went with diapers & wipes...but aftet that I became a fan of shipping stuff down there...it's sooo convenient to ship stuff like that, breakfast bars and disposable toiletries and such--

I think the funniest thing to me is that Abby is so strict but she doesn't even dance! She has her assistant do all the work. She's so over the top strict and the way she speaks to those kids is ridiculous! That being said, I can't stop watching it because I find it hysterical. Just like Mob Wives.

Congrats on your upcoming 10th anniversary and hooray for Tony graduating! That's an awesome accomplishment. :)

I've already done some shopping. :rolleyes1 I keep tucking things away with the rest of my summer stuff. I'm going to forget I have it and end up with a whole new wardrobe by the time the trip rolls around.

So glad you came on over!

I love the shopping part too. I haven't bought anything yet, but I'm sure that will change soon. Gotta rack up those Disney visa points!!! All of the spring/summer stuff is slowing creeping out in the stores.

That's true about having room on the way home, I just don't know how many diapers I'll need yet. If we were to go today, I'd need a ton!!!

I think I'll look into the prices on Garden Grocer and then the price of shipping things down. I know you always do that and it works great.

Abby does nothing...you're so right. Give Gianna all the credit!!

Thanks! I can't believe it will be 10 years already. Time flies!!! I'm so proud of Tony. :goodvibes

Hahaha...I don't wear my trip stuff either. I like the anticipation of wearing it. I'm so weird.
