We are headed out on the Magic this Easter...and was wondering if any past cruisers had fun ideas to share on what the Easter Bunny brought the kids popcorn::

we have 3 and 5 year old boys.

We were on the Magic for Easter 2009. My boys were 15 and 10....so a good bit older than yours but we tried to do a little Easter stuff for them. We brought plastic eggs filled with candy (not anything that would melt as they were in our checked luggage :rolleyes1) and actually hid them after they went to bed so when they got up Easter morning they had an Easter Egg Hunt. It was not easy finding hiding places for all those eggs in an inside cabin but it was fun. We also bought them Arcade cards as gifts. I do remember them selling Easter basket type stuff in the stores on the ship also.

Hope you have a great cruise!!:thumbsup2

The Easter Bunny found the Easter Duffy and brought it to dd. Note...they DID sell these on the ship after the EB made special efforts to get this before we boarded. My dd also lost a tooth that night and the Tooth Fairy showed up as well as the EB. The EB had plastic eggs everywhere...on the verandah...in the FE...DD loved that! We were on the Magic this past Easter. It was an at sea day. They did have activities for the kids. The White Rabbit made appearances on the boat too. Daisy and Donald did pictures in the Easter outfits and then they passed out some good candy. They also painted the kids faces. They had family time in the kids club with crafts and Easter egg hunts. You did have to sign up for the hunts. They did a dance party with alot of the characters in their Easter outfits too. Hope that helps, I couldn't find ANY info really before our trip.

WE travel every Easter, and I ALWAYS bring DD4 Easter basket.. which was mine and before that my Mothers.... I also pack separably Easter candy and then somethings swim toys and while on the trip I may also pick up some novelties to put in the basket.... This year I will bring plastic eggs and fill them up with quarters and pennys for the penny crank machines ....

WHen did you have to sign up for the Easter egg hunts? Was it the first day you board like the Alice tea? Thanks!

My daughter is really mad & upset at us for planning our cruise for the Easter break and missing Easter at home! I thought she would be excited to be on the cruise & we are trying to reassure her the Easter Bunny will still find her & will probably still leave her basket at home for when we get back.

I'm definitely planning on calling Shirley for our Easter baskets for the kids on the cruise, but since we always get them baskets from the Perfect Gift, I think she will be suspicious. LOL

You didn't have to sign up for the hunts before Easter day but they had a list that morning in the kids club. It was for different times. Luckily we got in the very last group. It ws during open house at the kids club.
