Do you pay at the time you book it?

I take it you pay online getting rainforest room passes?

I've only ever purchased Rainforest passes while on board but i do believe that everything purchased "gift" wise before the cruise is charged separately to your CC.

Palo is charged to your account at the time you complete your meal not when you book it. I do believe there can be a charge applied if you can't make it and don't cancel by a certain time but I don't know how well they enforce that since I've never skipped a reservation I've made for Palo.
