Seattle hotel recommendations needed

Does anyone have any suggestions for a hotel in Seattle, preferably one that has a shuttle to the pier. Or any that have 2 room suites. I'm open to any and all suggestions, thanks!

We stayed at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront, and loved it. REALLY nice hotel, clean, good food...and we flew in 2 days ahead of time so that we could see the sights. The Marriott is right next to the elevator that will take you up to Pike Place Market, and right across the street from all of the waterfront shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to the Space Needle.
We actually rolled our luggage to the port from the hotel...it was only about a block and a half away.

We stayed at the Marriott Waterfront, too, and loved it. However, I think DCL is using Pier 91, and not Pier 66 that's across the street from the Marriott.

There are no hotels really close to Pier 91, so if a hotel offers a shuttle, it probably won't be free. I would just take a taxi.

Thanks for the suggestions!

As far as I know, DCL is on Pier 91.

I did see the Marriott Waterfront, and I do prefer Marriott properties, they just don't have rooms for 6 that I see. But that's not a deal breaker. It's a front runner at this point.

Is it easy to catch a cab around that area? I'm just worried about not being able to get one and on time. (Obviously I've never been to Seattle).

Thanks everyone!

Your hotel can easily call a taxi for you.

I just wanted to add that if you plan to use Marriott points, book early. You can book a room (or 2) - even if you don't currently have enough points for a free stay.

Sorry...didn't realize which pier Disney was using. They have taxi's everywhere in the port area, not a problem getting one at all. I want to say that I don't think the hotel has a shuttle, to my memory. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and if they'd had a shuttle, we would have used that.

Yes, the Edgewater looks nice too, I'm just not quite sure if that's in everyone's budget - we have my mother and her friend going with us.

I'm trying to find a non-smoking hotel too. We were recently bumped from a booked non-smoking room to a smoking one and now I'm paranoid that'll happen again. DH and my mother both have CPAP machines and DS with asthma.

All Marriott hotels (in the US) are non-smoking.

Ohhhh thanks for the Marriott tip! I didn't even know that! And I've been staying with them forever.

This whole CPAP thing is new to us.....
