Even though Carol is seldom if ever on the Dis she is pretty well known by ya'll !!This year our plans are for 4 vacations together again. Remember back last year when we started doing these FREE Trips it would be one or twoNow for 2012 we are palnning FOUR!!!
For those new to my whacky threads I am Rosie , Dis veteran, Pole Dancer, Lap Dancer and all around Goofy Grandma
Carol is much more sane , although she is starting to get in on some of my escapades She usually is the photographer .

Now we don't just go to Disney we also go to Lake George and that is the Blue Suede shoes part of the Title and to refreh your memories... Last year Carol was "HIT" on by one of the Elvis 's

What are these trips about well for you newcomers we are Escorts for groups of Developmentally Disbled . They get to go on wonderful vacations and we have the priveledge of joining them

Well I will try for the 3rd time to update !!!

Many of you will know this refers to the annual Elvis Festival in Lake George NY .This will be our third year of going there !!After Numero Uno Carol said NO more but where did we go last yearCarol warmed up to the Contests then by judging the tightness of the Contestants pants While I was listening to their voices

Welcome Cynthia !! This ptr will include the Fall trip to Universal soo I will be looking to you and Lessa for lotsa tips !!I already know I want to try Mythos, Bubba Gumps and Finnegans , Yes I have beeen researching on the restaurants for a while !!Luckily Carol leaves that upto me !!! I know in Cape Cod we will be staying in Hyannis , if anyone has any tips on that area it would be appreciated !!!

Thanks Glenn !~I am awaiting the trip notes for Cape Cod last year !Then I can start a little planning for that one
I am gonna attempt another update but the Dis has been unfriendly to me lately

We have gone to The Adirondack Pub and Brewery for supper each year and it is sooooooo good !!I mean Disney Style good !!!

This was the most interesting of desserts , even if Carol had a melt down over them setting the place on fire

Look at that expression of PANIC on Carol!!!!

The other repeat was discovered last year and was again an awesome find

The Heidelberg has an extensive menu that includes many German goodies , the decor is great with Nutcrackers and Alpine style

The food was superb Here comes the Food Porn

This was my dish I believe it was called veal alma , this was just the meat

my potato pancakes !!!!

So we have 2 of the 4 suppers selected . Stay tuned for more glimpses of the past and looking to the future at Lake Georeg !!!

Yes I hope so !!! Lake George is now familiar , and also the only other than Disney that I haver done before !!
This weekend I received some info on the Cape Cod Trip and it sounds BUSY and very interesting Here are some high lights
Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory ( this for the tata chip lover namely moi)
Plimoth Plantation ( looks like a Native Village and also Pilgrims )
Mayflower ( well the replica )
Sand Dune Buggy Ride
Lots of Lighthouses and a Windmil or two

If anyone has any tips I would appreciate them , I have been checking out places to eat , they all seem expensive sooooo I am thinking that must be the going rates for the area !!
I have to go take Kyle for a filling at the dentist in a few so will be back later to catch up on everyone !!
