Character meal photos and photo pass?

I'm a first timer, so when we go to character meals, can we get those photos loaded onto our Photopass? I hear they are expensive, but if I can load them onto the pass, that would save us some money.

I'm not sure about the character meals but I do know that you can purchase the digital download for the ride photos for about $15 plus tax, which you pay at the ride photo location. They give you a special ride Photopass card with a code that you can use to claim/download the photos from your Photopass account.

I was able to add those ride pictures to my Photopass CD without a problem but they did cost me extra.

You will need to purchase the photos at the character meals in order to add them to your photopass CD.

CRT and Akershus are the only one's that the meal comes with a photo pkg. Those photos can be added to your Photopass by entering the (EVENT-) number on the side of the largest photo. Often you will get two or maybe three photos as the photographer takes a few photos and they print the best one for the package.

All dining photos must be purchased in order to add the photos to the photopass card. Each package contains a 6x8 and 4- 4x6 photos. The package is $29.95 plus tax.

The photographer will usually take 2-3 group photos to ensure eyes are open and looking at the camera. If you have a rather large group or multi-generations, they will take more than one pose if you ask. Say you take a picture with grandparents with the kids and then every one, they'll print the largest photo as the whole group and then the grandparents with kids as the smaller pictures. The 4x6 print in twos. There is also a stock photo on the other side of the large picture of the characters you are dining with. The folder is themed to each restaurant.

Once you have purchased your package photo, you can take the photo to any of the camera stores and they will add the photos (all photos that were taken) to your photopass card. If you don't do it before you get home, you can use the EVNT number on the top of the largest photo and enter it into the website just as you would any other photopass number.
