:goodvibes We are planning to drink and eat around the world at EPCOT in October as a jjoint bachelor/bachelorette party with our friends and family.

I would love to print EPCOT passports for everyone to get stamped on the way round, does anyone have a template they wouldn't mind sending me please?

TIA! :goodvibes

Sorry for sounding silly or just technically challenged. But how do you get these printed at walgreens. I have never used photobucket. Is it that you can print or send someone elses pics to be printed? And how do you get soft covers on them? Do they come out looking like real passports?
A bit lost , thanks for the help :S

You have to save each photo on your computer...
then upload like a photo to a printing place (walgreens, winkflash, snapfish, shutterfly)..
make them into a photo book... you'll have to make sure they are arranged with the adjacent pages together... then select the soft cover for the book...

They are not like the passports we cary they are a little bigger.. I did our books the smallest size... 4 x 6...

We got rave reviews and the Kidcot CM's would look through them and ask the kids lots of questions.. it was a great ice breaker!!!

Does any of what I said make sense???

That does make sense. Thank you. How long does it take to get the books after you have ordered them? I think I will order from Costco, I have seen that they do the picture books. Or should I stick with a place like walgreens? :)

Costco should work... I don't have one close so no experience first hand with them...

I ordered my photobooks just recently from shutterfly in regards to something else and one of them shipped yesterday... I order less than a week ago...

My suggestion is once submitted to print.. I'd say give it a week or 2 to get them back....

If you use the templates from the link above... the stamps fit in the 2x2 square perfectly...

I can post a few photos tomorrow if you can wait til then... I'm shuffling kids off to bed now...

That would be great.
Are the passports used just for the stamps or is it also an autograph book?
Also, Is there anything like the autograph & passport books for Animal Kingdom & Hollywood?
Thank you again. You have been so helpful

The passports have a space for the stamp and an area where the Kidcot CM's will write a little message to you..
It's great interaction! We only had attitude in one country but I think we just interrupted their conversation.. my kids just laughed about it..

I can see if we can find some options for you for the other parks..but I really believe that it's best to make autograph pages for the characters to use at the parks... If you scrapbook it is a neat idea to cut a bunch of tags (or 3x5 index cards) have the characters sign them and then incorporate them into the scrapbook pages.

I'll take photos as soon as the kids are off to school...

Here is a different type of passport/ autograph book for Animal Kingdom

For autograph books, if you don't have time to make your own using scrapbook materials, here is a link to a thread that has a LOT of cards made by different disigners. You can mix & match or just print from your favorite disigners. Just print them out on either cardstock or photo paper. I made both (5 books for 1 trip) and the CM's loved them all.

Another side note, especially for people traveling with kids, on the right hand side of the disigners photobucket pages, you can click to view other albums by them and often it has some other really cool things to print (like activity pages & journals).

Thanks Sharli!!! I can take this off my list of things to do today!!! I appreciate you taking the time to add those links!!!!
Now, I have to check those links out to see what I need to add to my list to do before vacation!!!

Here is the photos of the books I did...
my cover was a hardcover..

Thank you again everyone :D

You are most welcome! Before we went to Disney World this past July, I spent WAY too much time on the Creative Disign board looking for cool things to make the trip more magical & fun for my nieces & sister who had never been before.

It worked, too. All 3 of my nieces said visiting the kidcot stations was their favorite part of Epcot. Collecting the autographs...they decided it was worth it to make the books after all because they loved showing their books to the CM's. The kids had the hand-made books with all my scrapbooking paper & stickers (many printed from clipart onto sticker paper) while my sister & I used the back-up plan (printed autograph cards from the disigners).

Then, when we got back, my youngest niece decided her party was gonna be a "dress up as your favorite disney character" party so I just HAD to search for the perfect individual invitations, t-shirts (for the adults) and bag toppers, etc... I ended up getting a really cool disign created for me that my niece LOVED.

Anyway, happy I could help.

Love this idea! I am thinking about making one for a change to the ones we have bought at Epcot.
Question though: I see walgreens does have a good option for 4X6 but do they end up being photo paper or more like paper that you can write on? I am worried if it is glossy photo paper it may not work so well for the writing pages.

We had glossy & matte finish on our photos in our passpoort. Either way works with a sharpie for signing. However, when they stamp it, tell them to make sure it goes straight down & up. We had 2 CM's that rocked the stamp, which caused it to smear slightly (could still tell what it was though).

@kimba,
I was at Costco earlier and the girl suggested to order them Matte and to use a sharpie when writing on them. She said that is what works best for writing on photos. :)
I actually have some scrapbooking markers that write on photos that I am planning on taking. But I did do the matte anyways, I have always prefered matte over glossy :)
