And sadly, this year--as Carl will remember, was much more wet than normal. In fact, Florida broke a record for rainfall AND it never rains like that in May--at least according to the locals. . .just our luck that year.

I have so many more room views, but unfortunately they are not uploaded. These views are pretty representative of what you get in Hawaii though.

All of these pics being shared confirm that the outside of Poly is gorgeous...anyone care to share actual ROOM photos? I feel like there aren't a lot of them on the poly pics thread and that is what I consider to be most important since you have to live in it...if you've got pics, please share!!!!!

There are a bunch in post #3 on the first page of this thread. They are accurate...all rooms look just like that. I will try to dig out some of mine, though.

OK, this one was taken from between the beds looking out toward the balcony:

Gives you an idea of the size of the room and balcony (I hope).

Have you seen the ones on the first page of the thread? I don't really have any. I think most people don't bother because really the rooms are all the same. What you see there is pretty much what you get! And that's not a bad thing - we have always found our room to be in good condition, clean, roomy & comfortable.

Oh wow!!!! This is the first time I noticed the Hidden Mickey in the turtle! LOVE that!

Actually I think the pics Rob has used on the info posts are mostly photos that guests have contributed over the years to the thread. And honestly, that's what the rooms really look like.

And I will second what maiapapaya said, the rooms are all pretty much the same. The exceptions would be the bathroom views in Tahiti, Rapa Nui and a few in Tokelau where the bathrooms are larger with double sinks.

tess the rain was monsoon like!! I wish I would have gotten pictures of the flooded TTA!! Wow!! But a rainy day in the house of the mouse is better than a sunny day in the office!! The stylish trash bag ponchos were the in thing!!

Fantastic pictures everyone! This is all making me homesick and jealous of the CL. We will be sticking with the GV again this year, but this is two trips in one year and we will be staying for 11 days.

This one is not the Poly, but I made it my background during the fall.
