How fun that you and Betsy were able to get rooms close to each other! That definitely is an impressive window display!

That stinks that Steve and Alex's flights didn't go as smoothly as yours! Hopefully you were all rested up enough for your first full day!

Did I wake you up that first morning?! I know I texted you while the boys were fishing. I think it was around noonish?

I freaked when you texted that you forgot meds on the plane. I told Goofy I might need to run you back to the airport to pick up meds left on the plane. But you texted back you were ok.

Next time I am at POP, I will get a pic of your 1425! I know we are staying there again in February for 2 nights. But if we go to eat to POP to eat in the meantime I'll walk over and take a pic. But you might have to remind me the room #.

That delay in bag delivery was unacceptable!!! I wonder if they have a policy in place not to deliver between x hour and y hours so they don't wake up the guest? Glad it was brought as soon as you mentioned you needed it to sleep!

Betsy, your room window is amazing!! Where did you find the Mickey ear lighted decoration?

Okay all caught up Ann!!! The trip starts out with a nice breakfast together atleast! Everyone looks happy in the photos!
That is a very pretty view of the mountains and that sunset!!!! How amazing! I am really sorry though about Zoe's medicine! Thank goodness though that your a pretty prepared person and had more...
And that was really nice for Betsy and Shelly! I am honestly quit surprised about the way that friends from here are there to listen and talk for good and bad more than people I see every week! Looking forward to more!

Hi Susan, Well Shelly and I each had our tasks we were working on while Ann and Zoe got settled. I had putting the tree together and window clings, while Shelly tackled the lights and stuffed animals. She is a seasoned window decorator at Disney, so it went quickly.

Betsy, your room window is amazing!! Where did you find the Mickey ear lighted decoration?

Thanks! We picked that up at Walgreens. Actually Shelly picked it up and showed me and then I had to get them for my house and then I couldn't figure out how to get them to stick to the window. Thank goodness for Shelly! She figured it out in a couple minutes!

I think maybe its the unbiasedness we all have toward each others lives. We don't actually know any of the people being complained about or whatnot, so we can all honestly be unbiased.

Zoe ran over to it and poised and you asked her if she wanted her picture taken, then both you and Shelly took a photo of her. And the gift wasn't that small! I'll talk all about it in my TR.

PPS - Now back to reading.

I keep trying to get Kira to spend more time on Dis. She has a PTR that she has ever so neglected.

Yacht Club, Beach Club, then CBR, then Pop

Oh, thank you! BTW, I found out what Steve's cryptic message regarding the sign (can't remember the word, but it made no sense.) What he meant was neon sign....and actually it was the archway. which to my knowledge is not neo. But he swore the entire trip it was.

The fireworks were Illuminations. We had the weird guy in the Disney sweater next to us who was talking loudly about how it couldn't be Illuminations and I knew it was, but then we passed by Epcot right as the fireworks were finishing.

I wonder if that is the same guy we had behind us on the safari ride. Very loud...commenting the entire time on things.

We didn't mess around when we got in, we didn't unpack anything except room decorations until after you picked up Steve.

Okay now back to reading.

It was a perfect start that was for sure! I knew my flight and arrival would be better than Steve's. I feel bad, but I knew it wouldn't go as well.

Pop is a lot of fun. It isn't uncomfortable and has an awesome food court.

Nope... you didn't. I am not entirely sure what morning you are talking about...but no one ever seems to wake me... so I can be pretty sure you didn't.

that is so sweet of you. It was definitely a bad parent moment. I mean.. I brought an entire medicine cabinet full of items "just in case" but when it counted

They do have a policy.... and somehow front desk doesn't know about it. AND silly me called front desk. Front desk could see they arrived at Pop at 1am..and knew that it should only take about an hour or so to deliver... but luggage services don't go out in the middle of the night. Now I know.

It was a nice moment together in the airport. (other than when Alex took the crayon from Zoe and colored a princesses face green)

As for the meds... I didn't have more. That was the problem.

And...as for friends here on Dis. Yes, I have definitely come to really appreciate everyone here. I have a IRL friend who I mentioned meeting friends in Disney to. She asked if they were real friends or just someone I met online. I had a brief moment of panic and feeling like I needed to justify etc. And then I kinda sorta lied.... but I said friends that I have known for a while. I am sure she knows I lied..after all this is a small town and where would I have come up with these "magical" friends if not but online.
