DIS Peeps - DIS-cussion

Now THERE'S an incentive!!!! :woohoo:

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

That would also be a great spot for our continuation of the wine tasting we started on the member cruise:drinking1

Yuppers! :dance3:

I saw that mentioned, but I am part of that "noise" getting breakfast in the morning or at the gym while Debbie is in the shower. Plus it will help to get us up and going so we have an early start on the day. Then we have that big veranda for afternoon naps at sea. Seems like a good plan to us:thumbsup2

The stateroom that we had in September was across from one of the inside crew doors. Starting _really_ early in the morning, they were moving in and out of that door and it was a heavy and LOUD door. It didn't seem to disturb the guys, but it got me up a bit earlier than I would have liked every day. And we had a white noise machine going too. :confused3 This time I want to decide when I want to get up, not be woken up at the same time as the crew are up. :rotfl2:

Deb and I along with the kids have rooms #5166 & #5168 for the Feb DisPeeps cruise. We will be on the starboard side for our journey. It was only a few hundred more to get 2 adjoining rooms than for all 4 or us to be cramped up in 1 so I pulled the trigger!!:thumbsup2

Nice! I think those rooms are port side though. :confused3

So, are we going to link dining again? I imagine it should be a bit more manageable without having 100 peeps on the list. :rotfl2: Early or late?

And I'm SUPER excited about the Aladdin show being on the Fantasy. That's my favorite Disney stage production! :yay:

9174 and/or 9674. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the picture.
9674 does not connect to another cabin, 9174 connects with 9176
8188 is available and is a non connecting cabin smack in the middle
We are booked in 10160, a non connecting cabin
All have oversized verandas
This should be fun:thumbsup2

You're right, they are Port side. I would say yes about linking the dining and we prefer late seating!:thumbsup2

We saw that show at DL and loved it! We heard they were shutting it down and we got bummed but then heard they decided to keep it and then we were unbummed!:woohoo:

Hey Mike.
After you pass your FL test, tell them you have members that are ready for you to be their guides. Deb and I will switch in a heartbeat!:thumbsup2

I bought a Keureg machine. I hate coffee but I saw you can make Hot Chocolate with it. So now I'm posting while sipping on some with bailey's!:thumbsup2

We're signed up for second seating, so that works for us. :thumbsup2

I was crushed when they announced that they were canceling the show. It was the one thing that I had really wanted to do on our 2007 trip that we hadn't been able to see. I was so looking forward to seeing it on our next trip and then they made that announcement. I literally jumped up and down when they rescinded it and said it was being held over for the foreseeable future! :thumbsup2

I've been wanting to get a Keureg for a while, but haven't been able to get a good deal on one yet. Hot chocolate with Baliey's sounds divine right now! :cloud9:

I love my Keurig  I do like coffee in the morning but Wally doesn't like to drink coffee, he just likes the smell of coffee  You can also get Chai Latte K-cups too. It's sweet, so you might like it. I haven't tried making hot chocolate with it yet. I'll have to look in to that.

We will be a second seating too :thumbsup2 We saw the Aladdin show for the first time last August when we were on the left coast for D23. I thought it was awesome!!!!

If you have a Bed Bath & Beyond near you and use one of their 20% off coupons that will definitely help bring the price down a bit. Oh and they do accept expired coupons. If you don't have any on hand, I've got a few extras I'm not using in the foreseeable future so if you PM me your address I will mail you one of mine.

I do not know if that is a good idea. After seeing Wally eat, I do not know if there will be anything left for Terrie...

How have you and Nancy been? I have been enjoying your various photos of the Christmas decorations and other stuff. That topiary of the race car was totally awesomesauce!

Hey Andy! We've been great! On 12/03 we celebrated Nancy's birthday. She is now 21 and some days old! :rotfl2:

We became great Aunt and Uncle again, as Emily (Nancy's sisters youngest) gave birth to Landon a couple of weeks ago.

It's been a very busy time.

I hope all is well with you and especially your Dad.

Ohhhh! That's a great tip! Thanks! I think I do have a coupon around here somewhere. I'll have to check. I've been meaning to get over there to buy some soup bowls. I haven't been able to find any soup bowls big enough at my usual stores. We do soup for dinner at least once a week and those itty bitty bowls are _not_ meal sized.

My kindle cover and light just arrived! Time to play with my new toys! :rotfl:

:banana::banana:we just arrived at WDW :banana::banana:

:cool1::cool1::cool1: Have a great time!!

And did you see that they announced DVC for GF? I thought of you when I read my DVC mail this morning!

And they are starting online booking in January too. As much as I want online booking (because they don't have good hours for people living in other time zones), I fear the crappy job that I'm sure Disney's IT Dept has done on this. They really need to get Wally and Milford in there to do the job right!

Speaking of coffee pots, Paul _just_ shattered the espresso pot of my dual coffee pot/espresso machine. Guess it really is time to buy a new coffee pot! :headache:

Happy Birthday Nancy:thumbsup2
In February Debbie will also be 21, so the next time we see you guys, we won't have to sneak you girls into the bars:rotfl:

Vicki was telling me all about this new disboards and she has been telling me all about your cruise plans this winter. Please do me a favor, plan one after tax season so Vicki and I can join you all. Since I opened up another office in Clearwater, I have been busy and commuting between Long Island and Clearwater regularly so if any of you guys are tired of the east coast and want to swing by the west coast (Tampa area) I would love to meet and have a few drinks and maybe have some dinner. (I'll make sure I fly Vicki down to join us.) Well have fun Wally and the rest of the crew at Disney this weekend and while you are having those tropically drinks in February, think of me sitting at my desk up to my *** in alligators. Take care and I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and hope to see you real soon.

Chuck

Did anyone book the 2012 or Jan 2013 Member Cruise? I found that temptation _very_ easy to resist.

Nope, and from what I am hearing it was a major fiasco. They were still booking cabins yesterday, trying to get through to MS yesterday was a joke. I dont know what they were thinking about trying to book two of them on one single day. :confused3
