December 22nd - 26th Disney Dream FE List

(Okay, this post will be to keep track of who is doing the FE. What is that you say....what is the FE? Why it is the Gift Exchange where fellow Dissers put out a Fish Extender on their door number outside their cabin and each day you get a special treat or gift from the others who signed up for the FE (the disboards version of a Secret Santa). This is a fun way to get to know your other cruise mates and since this will be a Christmas cruise, what a better way to share the joy of the seasons then to give and in this case...get too. Just list your Board Name, How Many Adults, How Many Children Boy/Girl (with their age at the time of the cruise) your cabin number and any allergies your cabin may have. Also, as a general rule we will count any children 14 or older as adults. Please feel free to use the Dis abbreviations for all parties. Also, sometimes people like to give gender related gifts to the kiddos so if you want, please indicate it by either Disney Daughter (DD) or Disney Son (DS))

Yes the FE is brilliant, it was really exciting to come back to our room to find goodies for us ... but equally exciting, delivering our goodies from the UK without getting caught ... we were all giggling and sneaking about with our goodies .. it was a great laugh so we definately want to do it again x

Yes we have booked cabin number 6514 and we dont want it to change at all ... we had an inside room last time which wa great but the kids are growing at a rapid rate and by the time we go again, our son who will be 14 could be 6ft with his sister not far behind him so we wanted plenty of space and this room has two portholes with seats so we are super pleased with our room.

Im thinking of taking a little christmas tree with us for our room with some stockings .. am i mad??? i know we are on holiday but its the first time we have been away from our family for xmas so would like to bring a little few things from home with us. I cant believe I am planning little things already!!! But i am sure it will soon be here!!!

No, not at all. I've read where you can place the tree on our desk and that on Christmas Eve...elves may visit your room and leave little gifts under the tree. How cool is that!!! Another reason to sail Disney.

I cant believe I am planning little things already!!! But i am sure it will soon be here!!!

It will be here before you know it, so start planning now. I'm already putting together the door magnets and getting ideas for the FE.

Brilliant ... weve still got our door magnets from the last cruise on our fridge door ... the kids made them so they are definately coming on the next cruise although will make some new christmassy ones too!!! Ive seen a nice little christmas tree today that i am going to buy because it comes in a little box which can go in our suitcase .... it would be brilliant if the elves came in and left a little gift ... its all so exciting!!!

Im going to keep my eye out for any FE gifts and keep picking up little things when im shopping but we have to be careful with our weight in the cases because we are limited to one case of 22kgs each which is really hard on the way home!!! We are usually loaded with lots of fantastic stuff we cant get here in the uk!!! America has soooooo many cool things that we dont .... everything is so much bigger and better!!!
