I all. I recevied my Mickey Mail today and couldn't be happier.

There is a voucher in in for spay services. Has anyone here taken advantage of the spa at the resort? I usually have a message every other Wednesday and will be with the "mouse" for my next appointment.

Please share any experience you may have had.

THANKS

180 Days Out!!!!

Dining opened up this morning, got everything that I wanted. Tried to make reservations for Maya Grill for breakfast and it says "We searched for Breakfast on 05/XX/2012 and no times were available.." Tried dinner on the same day, and I could. Do they not do breakfast reservations?

We tried to get breakfast reservations for our trip at MG and couldn't either! I wonder what a call to Dining Reservations would show.

Just got off the phone with Dining Reservations. The lady I spoke with had the same problems I did online. She even tried getting a date for tomorrow, same problem.

She kinda got upset (not with me, in general) saying it would be nice if higher ups would let it be known if Maya Grill is no longer open for breakfast or not taking reservations any longer. I just had to laugh, and agreed.

Oh well, Pepper Market is there too.

Curiosity killed the cat. I called the switch board operator to talk to someone at the Maya Grill. She connected me to the podium and the cast member there was able to make a breakfast reservation.

That is awesome! What number did you call? (407) 939-1000? Or a different one?

Not sure about reservations, but they were open this week for breakfast when we were there. It was never very full.

You'll need to call when the Maya Grill is open.

Gave them a call tonight. The guy that I talked with was more than happy to make the reservations, he also told me that I honestly wouldn't need them. They are never busy for breakfast unless huge conventions are in. Its done though. Thanks for the help tink!

Glad you got your reservation! Good to know someone can go as a walk-in. I hope Disney's Dining Reservations can get them straightened out on their website.

9 more days for us, so excited!

Lucky! I am in the 30 day mark. But to me that is still right aroung the corner.:lmao:

I have a question I booked my room a while ago with a general florida resident discount. Now for fun i always check while im stalking dining reservations. However the same discount for the same room for the same days are 100 dollars more. DOes anyone have an idea of how the price jumped?:confused3

That probably means there aren't any more discounted rooms available. A couple of months ago I considered going to MNSSHP with my sons and checked room rates - rack rate, AP rate and FL resident rate - and for some weekends, at the same resort, the prices were all the same. I took that to mean there were no more discounted rooms available. It also may be that there are only preferred rooms or waterview rooms or king-bed rooms left, which makes it more expensive (at rack rate) than a standard-view room.

No...the general price is about 200 more than my original rate. And the discounted room is still 100 more than my rate. Its the same room as the one I booked and that is just waterview. This is also the price listed under the discount code. Confusing right?

EDIT: I firgured it out. They raised the weekend prince for that weekend.

So excited, I just booked our third trip to the world yesterday (first for DS - he'll turn 8 months while we are there!) and we decided on CSR! Going to get free dining upgraded to Deluxe, also. It's our 9th anniversary, too.

So excited! 116 days to go.
