Can it be true? Am I really going back to the World in 140 days?:woohoo:

Hi there! My name is Casey and this is my very first PTR! I have read a few on here and have finally decided to write my own. I am 23, very out-going and silly and right now all of my time is taken up with work, and the cheerleading team that I coach. I went to Disney for two days last year, and it just wasn't enough so now I am dying to go back!

Last year I went with my BF, SK. We went to Florida to visit my aunt who lives north of Orlando and we drove down for the weekend. Here are some pictures from our last trip!

SK and I in the parking lot of All Star Sports!

In line for a ride at Epcot!

My favorite even though its hard to see, us infront of the castle.

And all of us posing with Pooh and Piglet.

This trip BF is staying home and I am heading down with my Cousin D (who I am SURE will be subbing!), and her daughter M and son K. This is them on their trip last year:

M is 11 now and is going to be 12 at the time of our trip. This is her last year at a cheerleading competition where her team took first place at Nationals!

And K is three now and will be four when we go. He is a little devil but we love him just the same. He has already requested that we eat in the Castle (which we have booked but we will get there later.)

So we have our trip booked for March 5-11th, 2012. We are leaving from Boston and flying directly to Orlando. We are staying at the All Star Movies resort. We booked a 7 day, 6 night trip, and have opted for the free dining.

That's it for this installment. I will be back soon though to update on our plans and ADRs that we have booked so far, along with what we want to do at each park! Thanks for reading this far!:thumbsup2

Alright, so I am back to update with ADRs and tentative schedule!

We arrive in Disney on Monday March 5th. We haven’t booked the flights yet, but we are flying JetBlue and hoping to leave early in the morning. Once we get there we will go to the hotel, check in and settle in. We are staying at the All Star Movies resort and have requested the Toy Story building. (Crossing our fingers!) Since there are the four of us going we got one room with two beds. D and K will share a bed and I will share a bed with M. Then we will make our way over to Magic Kingdom, and we have a ressie at The Royal Table for 7:05pm. This was per K’s request and the rest of us weren’t about to say no!

Tuesday is still up for debate on what we will do. We got the 7 day park hoper with water park option so depending on the weather; this might be a day we do the water parks! Then that night we have a ressie at Crystal Palace at 6:15pm. This one was my choice! Then we will decide where we are going to eat dinner.

Wednesday we have a breakfast ADR for The Tusker House at 9:25am. This will probably be the day that we do Animal Kingdom.

So far Thursday is open for us. This is another day we might to a water park or go back to one of the parks we had already been to. We aren’t really setting a tight schedule because we want to be able to go with the flow especially since we will be traveling with two kids.

Friday morning we have a reservation for Chef Mickey’s at 8:25am. We are thinking that we will shoot over to Epcot after our breakfast on the monorail.

Saturday and Sunday are open now. My aunt and cousin are coming to see us when we are down there and we wanted to keep those days open so that if she does come, we wouldn’t have to leave her for an ADR. We also want to do DTD while we are there so that is another option for us.

Next installment: What we want to do at each park!

Hopping over from the March 2012 thread. :)

Your PTR looks great so far... I like that you are going with the flow - sometimes it's hard to have definite plans with kids.

Can't wait to hear about the rest of your trip plans. :)

D~

Hey there. Subbing. Thanks for joining in on my PTR! :cool1:

Hi there! :wave2: Thanks for popping in! I am the type that when I travel I like to have a little structure but also the ability to do what I want to do as well. Should be fun! And we never know when the little one is going to be cranky and need to go back and rest so that open ability helps in that aspect too. Thanks for joining!

74 Lurky Lous?! Come out and play! :cool2:

:surfweb: (I'm looking at YOU!)

No but really people, please come out and play! I feel like I am talking to myself over here. I am going to be adding what we want to do at each park in a bit!:thumbsup2

Here are my two cents: for the pictures and autographs for Pooh characters and Fab Five do character dinners : The Crystal Palace for Pooh and Chef Mickey's for the Fab Five. No lines to wait in. oh wait. I now see that you have ADR's for both...doh!

For all the shows you want to see at DHS you will have to go two days. We learned this the HARD WAY....think meltdowns from mommy AND DD9! :lmao: There is NO WAY to see all of the shows in one day, the showtimes just don't flow well with each other. But they are worth going back for on a second day!!!

Thanks for the tips! I definately wouldn't have known that.

When we went last year for two days we did DHS one day and didn't get to see ANY shows. We were just focused on rides and doing the ones we really wanted to get out of the way.

Your suggestions have been noted! :goodvibes

139 more days :cool1: I am looking forward to doing rope drop at MK.. I have never been to a rope drop. We have plenty of character meals so I know we won't have a prolem with getting pics with the characters.. I can't wait for splash mountain. That was one ride we didn't get to do this past Feb.I am pretty bummed that BTMRR will be closed :sad1: .. Kaden won't be tall enough for some of the rides so I will stay back with him and Myra and Casey will be able to do those rides.

We do still have one table service meal available should we use it at the 50's diner??

:yay: Hi! I came over to see you after dilligaf212 visited me! I was reading through your list of to-dos! They look great. It reminds me of how much there is to do at Disneyworld. Some of the things on your list we wouldn't ever do, just cause they don't interest us. And yet I see lists that don't have things that we like because they don't interest that particular group. I think one of my favorite things about Disney is that it doesn't matter how old you are, boy or girl, or what your interests are there is something for everyone.

I do think it is a bummer that BTMRR is going to be closed. I know I always cross my fingers hoping that all of the kids favorite rides are going to be open. I'll probably come back at 2 am and give you my 2 cents worth on all your plans. (Although, my brain doesn't always fire on all cylinders at that hour, even though, that's when I'm at work :rolleyes1 so read with caution!!!;))

:welcome: Thanks for joining in! I also love how there is so much to do at Disney for both children and adults. I can not wait to go back! I should be updating again soo, I already know some changes that need to be made. I'll also pop over and keep up with yours! :yay:

Hi! I'm in! We'll be there around the same time (4-9). Can't wait to hear more about your plans! popcorn::
