Universal or WDW Sunday after Thanksgiving?

We'll be at Disney World for a week, arriving the Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving, and are planning on spending one day at Universal, mainly for Harry Potter. I'd like to do Universal on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, but I'm worried that it will still be too crowded. Would we be better off going to one of the Disney parks on Sunday and doing Universal later in the week, or do you think the crowds will have thinned out enough?

The crowds might start thinning out on Sunday afternoon but that morning will still be pretty busy. Disney should be no different. Holiday weekends are much more crowded.
