Hello US/IOA experts!
I've been searching for info on crowd levels at IOA during those 2 days. I know it's going to be busy, but are we talking about not being able to walk without bumping into people busy (like Disney parks during New Year)?

We want to see the WWoHP but we probably won't be riding anything since we have 2 little ones.

Should we even bother going during those days?

Thank you much.

Are you staying onsite? If so, you'll be fine especially if you don't mind getting up early. My son's birthday is Jan. 1st and we spent New Year's Day one year at MK. It was actually very nice crowd wise even though I was expecting the worse :scared1: - no fotl at Disney. We were there at opening while everyone else was recovering from the night before and then we took a mid afternoon break to return later in the evening when everyone was heading out (still recuperating from the night before). I would think this would hold true for IOA/US.

We unfortunately won't be onsite, the price is too high considering we could get 2nights at Hampton or Doubletree for 1 night there. I wish we could swing it tho.

Thanks for the response. So there's hope for us yet :)

This past year the crowds didn't die down after 1/2 as previously experienced. Most were still coming for WWoHP and I expect it again this year. January 1st should be the busiest day of the two but 1/2 will still be busy but manageable I think. Just get there early to avoid some of the crowds. The good thing is...the tourists who have come down for the Capital One Bowl will be at the game and depending on the teams playing, that could be a huge amount of people. But...you'll still have long wait for just about everything.
