Has anyone else noticed how often that show is being aired on the Disney Channel? Enough already!!! It's on everytime we turn it on.
Why aren't they playing Phineas and Ferb on the weekend mornings anymore either?? I loved when they came on right after Jake.
Their programming has been lackluster lately.

I agree. I find the show very annoying.

I can't stand any of the new disney channel live action shows, So Random, A.N.T Farm, Good Luck Charlie, and now this new Jessie show (i don't remember the name) with the girl from suite life that takes place most likely in the same hotel/set as the suite life doesn't give me much hope either. Phieas and Ferb is honestly the only thing I can get through on the Disney Channel these days, don't even get me started on DISXD with the exception of Pair of Kings (which is ridiculously stupid but I can't help but laugh), and Phineas and Ferb re-runs its a waste of Disney's money. They NEVER should have changed it from Toon Disney!
-Rant over :lmao: -

My first Opinion may draw a lot of negativity, so I'm keeping it to myself. In my second opinion I do agree that Disney should air some of the older Disney Toon shows. I loved the House of Mouse.

I'm sorry you feel like your opinion would be met negativly but thats the point of these boards, different opinions and feelings i don't think anyone would expect everyone to agree with them its just a matter of staying civil and playing nice :goodvibes but anyway I'm not old but I'm definitely not the age group disney is trying to reach but either way I can still watch kim possible and be entertained, i just don't find entertainment in a show like fish hooks?

Something that always bugged me is why would Disney make Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure (which i loved btw) when the show isn't even on anymore and most of the kids when I was there were asking who is that? Wouldn't you think they'd at least play repeats of it or maybe name it differently? Like I said I love the Kim Possible thing because I know the characters and it's just fun in general but I could see where people would be like HUH?!
Wop got off track :rotfl2:

I agree. My baby sitter's a vampire and That's so Raven are pluses though. I wish That's so Raven hadn't gone off air. I just didn't want people to get overly acted on my opinion. Some people take things too seriously.

We love So Random in our house. A lot of it is corny, but kids like that kind of stuff. Plus, the actors on that show are very appreciative of their fans. The guy that does the Rufus and Angus sketches (Matthew Scott Montgomery) is on Facebook often having live chats with fans and answering all sorts of questions. He seems like a great guy. Shake It Up is not one of my faves, but my kids like it, AND it is still better than any of the junk they show on Nickelodeon. And I WAS a Nick kid growing up. Pinwheel, You Can't Do That On Television, Fifteen, Nickelodeon G.U.T.S., etc... those were some good shows.:rotfl:

I respect that Disney wants to add variety in ages to their fan base. I just wish they would show the fab five! We can't forget the ones who started it all!

Most of the cartoon stuff is on in the mornings. I know this because this is the first year that both of my kids are in school all day and the first couple of days I had Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Phineas & Ferb on while I cleaned the house because it was too darn quiet!:rotfl:

I also miss the many adventures of Winnie the Pooh. How did you feel about Hannah Montana?

Her voice makes me a little crazy. We LOVE WoWP. It is such a well written show. Hate to see it go.:sad2:

WOWP is actually the strongest current show on Disney Channel in my opinion. Personally I think it's funnier than Hannah Montana. Selena Gomez is a great actress.

Every actor/actress on that show can actually act. No overacting, just regular GOOD acting. Still getting used to A.N.T. Farm, but my kids really like it so far. We really liked Sonny With A Chance, too. I'm glad they were able to rework it when Demi had to leave. Such a shame, though. I hope she stays on track this time.

me too. I hope she doesen't face too much pressure growing out of Disney the way Miley did.

I have to disagree with sonny with a chance I LOVE demi lovato but i did not like the show, i feel like that and so random were way too much of a rip off of all that and the amanda show and disney's better than that. you had 2 really solid talents - the one boy (i really can't remember his name i think chad?) was supposed to be disney's next zac efron but they really dropped the ball on him. wowp is good because like you said the actors are good, the story is absolutely absurd (even for a show about wizards) and getting more & more ridiculous as it goes on but you still watch it because of the cast. I personally am really all about disney bringing back toon disney and ditching disxd it was good in theory but never really got off the ground is just became a channel of repeats and occasionally they have a disxd original show. The Weekenders, Filmore, Recess, House of Mouse, Pepper Ann, Doug, Emperors New Groove, Kim Possible, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Duck Tales, Lilo & Stitch I can list for days haha But honestly I couldn't wait as a kid to go to Disney World because I knew that each hotel room got Toon Disney and we didn't have it at home at the time. :happytv:

Where is the fab 5 these days. GLC, SO RANDOM and ANT farm is all they show these days. More Phineas and Ferb, House of Mouse and Classic movies/Fab 5 cartoons.

I'm biased, because I grew up with the Disney Channel when it was a premium channel and actually good, but even my seven year old won't watch the Canadian (Family) channel anymore. She agrees with there not being enough Phineous and Ferb, because let's face it, that's the only good show left. She used to enjoy Wizards of Waverly Place too, but doesn't even give the channel a glance now.

I just think back to the days of Quack Attack, Dumbo's Circus, Under the Umbrella Tree, Kids Incorporated, etc. Man, I wish they'd do that kind of programming again.

Disney, please don't forget who you are *cough, cough* House of Mouse, The many adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
