DS(7) and I are heading down in a few weeks. :cool1: We're staying in a 1BR at Kidani. I was looking at some photos of the rooms, etc. There were some photos of the balconies that looked to me like the balcony is one looooong balcony along the entire length of the building. Is that the case or does everyone have their own separate space? Will I be sitting out there in my jammies sipping coffee with my neighbor? :rotfl2:

I stayed at Kidani in April. We were in a studio. There were privacy walls on both sides of our balcony.

It's the dedicated 2 bedrooms that have the extra long balcony! You're balcony will be private for your villa!

We were in a 1 bedroom villa at Kidani last year and the balcony runs the length of the villa. There is a door from both the main area and the bedroom onto the balcony. Each villa has it's own private balcony. There are dividers between them so your neighbors can't see you. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on it and it was large enough to hold all 4 of us at once. Staying in the 1 bedroom villa was a great experience. You will love the master bath! I hope you have a magical trip! :goodvibes

Totally private as an individual balcony, BUT because of the arc everything is built on, not as private as you'd like. (Plus the animals like to stare sometimes, too.) :rotfl:

Not with your neighbor, but you should know that there are cameras pointed at all the rooms on the savanna, and they are monitored by CM's. There are signs in the room telling you that.

Just sayin'. ;)

HELLLO!!! Well that certainly is good to know! I'll certainly make sure don't give anyone a peep show from the window either! popcorn::

looking at the building from the balcony.

The balcony is not very wide, so it wasn't such an easy stretch out kind of place. And there are cameras that are pointed in the direction of your room (which they warn you about) which was a good thing to tell the kids!!! Kept them behaving!! :thumbsup2

have fun
